“Wonderful! Love the penthouse, location and area!” This penthouse was a wonderful place to spent time in Las Vegas. We loved the balcony, amenities and the friendly staff at MGM Signature. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. Cindy and her company were really helpful and reliable.

“Fabulous three bed apartment Las Vegas” This is a really big three bedroom apartment with lovely kitchen, dining and living areas. Beautifully furnished with big comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean and although a few minutes walk to the strip for us it was ideally situated. There was a shuttle service to the strip every 15 mins if you don't feel like walking. The facilities at the Wyndham Grand Desert were great, we spent a couple of relaxing afternoons by the pool. The staff were great and I would highly recommend this apartment.

“Spacious comfortable suite near the Strip” Stayed here with our two teen daughters and had plenty of room; a king bed in the main suite and a king bed in the lock off. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all amenities. Resort had many activities going on and we were able to participate in all of them. We were almost suckered into attending a timeshare presentation; word of advice -- when the concierge asks if you're planning on seeing any shows, tell them you've got that all taken care of and you don't need any tickets. Otherwise you'll find yourself being offered seemingly innocuous discounts, only to be slowly roped into scheduling a timeshare presentation because the show discounts are so good and only available if you go on a tour. Don't do it, politely decline. Just get your parking pass (which is all you really need from the concierge) and head on up to your room. I will say, though, that at least the concierge gave us the tips on where to find free parking on the Strip; we parked for free at Planet Hollywood to be near Paris & Bellagio, and we parked for free at Tropicana to be near Excalibur & Luxor. There's also free parking further north on the strip but we never headed that way so I don't recall which casinos offer it. The resort also has a free shuttle to Bally's. We really appreciated the grill/deli items at the resort, like burgers, sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items, but the unit has a full kitchen if you want to prep your own meals. Unlike a hotel, they do not do daily housekeeping, which was fine by us. The pools were a nice temperature (they have a large family pool and a large adults-only pool). Overall a very enjoyable stay. Really great for families.

“GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION!” The house was perfect for our family get-together the week after Christmas. With two grandkids, 10 and 13, we didn’t want to stay on the strip. However, the house is just a hop from the strip (15 min or so) and in a quiet neighborhood with a big park nearby for walks. We also found easy access to roads for Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, Neon Boneyard and the Pinball Museum where you can actually play older pinball machines. The property manager was very gracious and met us at the house when we arrived. She showed us where everything was, how everything worked and answered all our questions. She also gave us info on locations of grocery stores (we cooked in after busy days on the strip) and restaurants. We appreciated the fact she was available anytime we needed her. The WiFi worked great and everyone had space to hang out together…or not. The pool table was a plus and the heated pool and spa were wonderful. “Comfortabe and Cozy” I stayed in this 2nd floor condo ( very minimal noise from the neighbors) during January 2015. It is a great place for 1-4 people. Close to everything (15 minutes max) and had everything stocked that I needed. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed, ceiling fans and HUGE refrigerator. Wi-Fi was a breeze and the cable options included almost all the premium channels. And I must mention the master shower has double heads- awesome!! I had a very positive experience and would recommend it for others unless walking up one flight of stairs is a problem. Also, very visible security and 10 mph speed limit (no booming cars or cycles). All this and your own covered parking spot. Thanks Tamara

“Another Amazing stay in Vegas!” I have booked multiple stays at the Signature with Donna (Condo Hotel Marketplace) and everytime I have had a great experience from the moment I checked in to the checkout. “Perfect for Large Groups!” Perfect for my best friends Bachelorette Party! A group of 6 of us came and we had plenty of room. Although we were mostly on the strip or on Fremont street it was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. This room is in tower 1 right near the adult pool. We had breakfast, pizza, and starbucks coffee from the restaurant on the 3rd floor which was in the same building. Check in was smooth and so was check out. They did hold our bags until our flight in the evening which was awesome! Nothing but good things to say about this place!They did mentioned a shuttle to Harrah's but you had to get tickets from another office so we actually never went and just used Uber and Lyft the whole time.

“A Great Place to Stay” Staying at Mike's condo was a positive experience from start to finish. To begin with, he was very easy to communicate with. Since I was staying for a full month, I had lots of questions. Some could even call me annoying. But he readily answered everything quickly and was more than patient with me. When I got to the condo, I was pleasantly surprised. The place looked even better than in the pics. As promised, the beds were comfy and the general atmosphere relaxing. I love to cook, so having a full kitchen is important to me. I was able to make all my favorite dishes there. Unfortunately I had forgotten to pack my swimsuit, so I had to go out and buy one. I'm glad I did. The pool was so beautiful and the water so clear that even though I had come to Vegas for work, I could splash around in the afternoon when I got home and feel like I was on vacation. I hope next time I'm in Vegas the place is available again.
