“Great, High Value, Marco Island Condo” This Condo is aross the street from the beach, but otherwise it is convenient, clean, and a great value. Rental manager was outstanding. Only compliant is that the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty/moldy.

“Amazing Experience !” From the moment I walked in I was amazed the pictures do no justice. Ver spacious, great location, very close to the beach :) items in the home were the topping on the cake from sand castle building to umbrella and chairs! Pots and pans- clean towels and linens - spice wrack - this is a place I may come back to each year ! The company was so helpful - assisted with so much :)

“A peaceful and picturesque location with plenty of space.” The rear of the villa has stunning views and the location at the head of a quiet cul due sac makes it private and safe. The rooms are large and well appointed with a very good standard of cleanliness. The pool temperature was comfortable as was the bed in the downstairs master suite!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.and would very much like to return.

“Amazing House” My family and I had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. The views were stunning! You and Janet have all the amenities and much more. The kids loved the large pool, as well as my husband and I. Fishing off of the dock was very enjoyable as we caught more and more fish. My husband and I have been coming down to Marco Island for over 20 years. Your house is by far the best house that we have stayed at. We are looking to return to your house as soon as possible! “Marco Vacation Summer 2013” The home at 1611 Almeria Court in Marco Island was beautifully decorated and spacious. The outside patio and pool area was furnished with all we needed to relax by the pool and have many meals at the outside dining table as the entire exterior at the back of the property was screened with overhead fans.

“Absolutely wonderful experience!” My husband and I stayed in this unit for our honeymoon and we had the greatest time. We were even given flowers from the owners to congratulate us on getting married! The view was spectacular and the unit was comfortable. The building is a very short walk to the beach and the sunsets were amazing - we were able to watch them right from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to experience everything Marco Island has to offer.
