“Had a great weekend” My friends and I stayed over for the weekend. The owner Chris was very helpful throughout the process and the check-in was convenient. The location is great (across the street from the ace Hotel) and a few minutes from downtown. We used car, Uber, taxi, bus, shuttle to get around Palm Springs. The house comfortably fits 8 people and is furnished with everything you can possibly need. The house was nice, maybe a little too nice for us, but nonetheless it could be enjoyed by any age group. Saw a lot of kids toys in the drawers, as well as protection pads for sharp furniture corners, so I'm guessing its very family friendly. Overall we had a great weekend and would definitely come back again. Fyi, the jacuzzi/pool at night is... awesome.

“Ideal condo near Downtown centre” We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the sun having come from the cold UK! This secure condo is less than 5 minutes from the centre of Palm Springs and has all the amenities you would need. All the neighbours were friendly and helpful. Amazing day trips to Joshua Tree, Saton Sea, and the Indian Canyons are all easily accomplished. A choice of two pools and a hot tub all set in beautiful grounds, add to this relaxing location.

“Quiet, inviting and clean!” Had a great stay here last October. Loved the decor and atmosphere, like I actually lived there not a hodge podge of cast off 70's furniture like you see at a lot of rental homes. Loved the little back patio for my dog and the grounds seemed very well maintained. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and very clean too. The bedrooms are very spacious and quiet, beds are comfy too. Good space for a small family or friends get away, also very close to downtown, perfect location I think.

“Perfect house for my entire family!” We stayed for 4 days and really had a great time! The instructions we were given to cover arrival, media, and everything else needed were very precise and welcomed! The house was well stocked in everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Lots of towels, great kitchen, beautiful pool! We will definitely rent this property again.

“Relaxing Vacation Home” We had a great time at this home on our recent vacation. The house is clean and well-maintained. The pool and backyard are beautiful. The backyard had lots of seating arrangements and there was always someplace that was in the shade or sun to choose from. The owner was very quick responding to queries and I found the property manager to be very prompt and helpful. He really took the time to explain aspects of the house and pool when we arrived. He was also available when we called with questions. This property is very convenient to downtown and we discovered many new restaurants on this trip. We would love to stay again next time we come to Palm Springs.
