“Wonderful Stay!” We absolutely enjoyed our time here. Everything was what we expected. Plenty of room for everyone to move about and do their own thing! Will be booking again!!

“Beautiful Townhome!” My family of 6 and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. The home was very clean and spacious and each bedroom had it's own balcony. The bathrooms were very large and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. I LOVED that each level of the townhome had it's own temperature panel. This was a great idea; as being an owner of a townhome, being upstairs is usually a lot warmer than being downstairs, but in this case, everything was perfect!! The townhome is right across the street to the beach and might I add the beach was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The pictures of the townhome did no justice. It looks A LOT better in person! Also, management made us feel at home and responded to us promptly when we asked for an extra parking pass. I would definitely stay here again!!

“PERFECT LOACTION GREAT VIEW” What a perfect location and amazing condo. Hats off to the owner and Harmony vacation property rental. We really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and a nice ocean view from the balcony all add value to this property. I highly recommend booking and with 3 br and 2 bath unit. has all the comforts of home

“Very good!!!! Beach view was fantastic!!!!” The house had everything you needed. Floaties,dishes,air pump,chairs for the beach, and the only thing I would say I didn't like was the out dated look of the house on the inside. The beach is right off the back porch. I loved the beach. It was an awesome vacation. Would definitely stay again. The whole family loved it. I Love Destin Florida!!!

“Awesome” This place was one of the best places we have rented in the past 20+ years. Everything was great! The only complaint we had was the internet. I had to reset the router about three or four times. But the management company was very good and fast at reacting to our needs. We’re going back for sure.

“So great! We will be back” 2 adults, one teenager and 3 kids 6-2. And it was amazing it was enough room for all of us. So close to the beach access bridge, garbage comes twice a day and the kitchen had ALL the things for cooking, even measuring cups, the washer and drier!! How did i ever stay anywhere that didn’t have this, is such a life saver must have. PLUS it’s your own like house, perfect for social distancing. And then the cherry on top is the owner, he is one of the sweetest, most attentive owners ever! I can’t wait to come back SOON. We are had a blast.

“Great condo that is steps from the beach” The location of this is perfect. You can walk to the beach in less than a minute. Plenty of room, two twin beds upstairs, a foldout couch in the living room along with the master bedroom. Nicely updated and having two full bathrooms is nice. There is nothing to complain about. I love having a door code so everyone can do what they want and not have to worry about having a key. This is a great place at a great price. I very highly recommend it. One of the people that went on this trip is already talking about booking this same unit for a family vacation.

“Great experience!” We spent 5 nights at Paraiso to attend a family wedding in Destin. The house comfortably accommodated seven of us during our stay. The home is tastefully furnished and was very clean upon our arrival. There are a few areas that could use a little bit of touch-up paint and the carpet shows some wear in places, but that's to be expected for a vacation rental that likely sees a lot of use. The home is spacious, especially the bedrooms, which all contained dressers and/or roomy closets for storing clothes and luggage. The kitchen is equipped with all of the main items you would need for doing some stay-in cooking (pots, pans, various utensils, cooking oil) and there is a propane grill available on the front patio as well. Paraiso is in an attractive gated community and, even though the homes are closely packed together, we experienced no issues with outside noise. It is a short three-block walk to the beautiful beaches and the community pool is a fun place to spend some time with its rock island waterfall in the middle of it. The home's location is also convenient to Publix, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, and several restaurants. Finally, I want to comment on the home's owners. I found them to be very accessible during the booking process and were very responsive when we had a minor problem getting the thermostat adjusted upon our arrival. On most occasions when I called, they answered on first attempt, and on the few occasions where that did not happen, they returned my call within less than an hour! We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

“We loved it here and will be back.” I’ve been going to Destin for 20 years, I’ve found where I’ll be returning to stay from now on! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Checking in late was a breeze. It was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to have some meals at home. Perfect for 2 people. Excellent beach access, the staff were phenomenal. I am totally impressed for the price. The chairs and umbrella were a major bonus. Way less hassle than the homes we’ve rented in the past. Plenty of parking (2 spots for each unit). The community washer/dryer was clean and worked great. The decks were also nice and we used the community grill.

“Wedding” Best place I’ve ever stayed. I really hope to get this same room next time! It was absolutely beautiful!
