“Grand Solmar is a dream for anyone considering a vacation in Cabo!” My husband and I traveled to Cabo San Lucas for a week stay in November . This was our third time to Cabo and our second time at Grand Solmar. We absolutely fell in love with Cabo after our first short visit (only 5 days). And earlier this year, in February, we came back and fell in love again. This time with Grand Solmar! And so here we were again 9 months later back for our third time in 2 years. Everything about our trip was fantastic. We rented a week from a timeshare owner at Grand Solmar, Ginnette Boucher. It couldn't have smoother. Ginette was a pleasure to work with. Setting everything up for us so that all we needed at check-in was a copy of our confirmation that she had sent to us. She also provided us with every bit of information that we could have possibly needed about the resort and also things to do and see while we were in Cabo. We couldn't thank her enough for making our stay at Grand Solmar the best ever! My husband and I are already planning our next trip to what is looking to become our new home away from home!

“Perfect place for vacation, lovely house to live” The vacation in Cabo San Lucas and in the house was perfect. We enjoyed the house and the ocean and water activities there. First of all, the owner is really nice and the property manager is really helpful.You can consult them for the actvities in Cabo.They speak English! The house is really good. Clean and neat. You can find everything you need in the house. We cooked several times. You can find what you need there and the Walmart is about 5-minute driving. You can buy food and grocery there. Also, there are two BBQ sites in the community and they are free of charge. You can go there for the BBQ if you've noticed the manager of the community. We did twice and it was really fun. There are gas grilled and also coal grilled. The house is near the beach and you can see the land's end and the ocean view from the house. Driving to the beach and the marina is convenient. The only problem with the house is that there are strictly two and half bathrooms. So two of the bedrooms should share the same bathroom with the door on each side. Overall, we enjoyed there and we would definitely go back to the same house if we are going cabo the next time.

“Great location and an Amazing View!” 5 of 5 12 days was not long enough! We totally enjoyed our time at Sunset Beach during Christmas/New Years. The unit had a great location steps from 3 pools/swim up bar and Hot Tub. The views of the Pacific Ocean were breath taking. I would defiantly return to the resort in future years. Dennis was great to deal with and very attentive to any questions or concerns that came up.

“Amazing Villa, Fantastic Owner” Just returned from staying at Montecristo. Only word to describe the villa, and Montecristo for that matter, is AWESOME.The owner worked very hard to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible - he couldn't have been better! The views of the Pacific are just amazing. We couldn't get enough. Start of the whale season didn't disappoint - saw numerous whales each day. The villa itself exceeded my expectations. Beautiful. Comfortable. Spacious. Pool and hot tub. All the appliances you need. In Phase 2, it's an easy 5 to 10 minute downhill walk to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach - which we went to most everyday. We utilized suite service a lot and it was very good. Usually took about an hour but no biggie - relax and have a cold beverage ! We ate at Cibola (the Montecristo clubhouse restaurant) a couple times, and it was great every time. Housekeeping was terrific each day. Don't forget to tip them - they really appreciate it. If you golf, the new Quivira course is a must. Unbelievable. We just loved it - amazing views from every hole. This really is a beautiful property. The villas are top notch. The views unforgettable.

“Fantastic Cabo Getaway” We loved waking up to the stunning sunrise and ocean view every morning. The condo was beautifully decorated, with a full kitchen and had all the amenities of home. It was very clean, quite and secure. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, before and after our walks down to the city. Everything was centrally located, we felt safe and had an amazing vacation. The dining and entertainment options in Cabo were endless and we appreciated the recommendations from the owner. The Vonage phone line, Wifi access, dish network and washer/dryer were a nice bonus.

About Cabo San Lucas
Located at the tip of Baja California, Cabo San Lucas is one of the most popular and fastest growing resort destinations in Mexico. - Fishing: Chartering a boat for the day is possible with many different companies in the area.

- Off-road Adventures: Spend a day on an ATV or mountain bike exploring the sand dunes, desert, mountains, and beach areas.
- Shopping: Puerto Paraiso, Marina Cabo San Lucas, and Shoppes at Palmilla are the three main boutiques in the area.
Book a vacation rental in Cabo San Lucas during the spring, when temperatures peak in the mid 80s and cool down in the evenings. This will also allow you to enjoy the city's biggest festival, the Festival of San Jose, an 11 day festival in honor of the city's patron saint. Other big festivals in Cabo San Lucas include Dia de los Ninos in April and Dia de los Muertos in November.
