“Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“Traveling grandmother, with grandchildren, enjoyed stay” When I choose a place to stay, I have five basic requirements. I want to feel secure and safe. The location has to be convenient to the airport and local attractions, or places we plan to visit. It also has to be clean, comfortable and affordable. This Songbird Property had all this and many extras, including a new toothbrush for my grandson after he conveniently forgot to pack his. My grandchildren and I enjoyed our stay in Tampa!

“Sunshine State Vacation Well Done!” We had an amazing time in this lovely Florida rental. I would highly recommend this place for families with kids. The house is clean and conveniently located near many fun things to do. Disney is only hour and fifteen minutes away which made easy for one day visit to Magic Kingdom! Host was friendly and resourceful. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and he offered advice on many great things to do in the area!

Come to Tampa for spring training to see famous baseball players up close, or visit in January for the annual Gasparilla Pirate Festival, when surly swashbuckling pirates invade Tampa Bay. Great little stay!

William was phenomenal at contacting me and answering any questions I had. A friend of mine was getting in much earlier than me and William was great about allowing her to get the keys and getting in touch with her about checking in. The room itself was a bit of a tight squeeze for 4 adults but for the small amount of time we actually spent inside the room, it was a great deal! Great place to stay in Tampa Bay!!

We stayed at the Sailport suites in Tampa Bay, April 19-30 2021. We booked directly through Flip-key (owner of condo) Room 202. We had a lovely 1 bedroom condo/full kitchen. Booking was very easy owner Christine also quickly responded to emails and text messages. Associates working at the Sailport Suites were very friendly and went out of their way to help with any of our needs. Our room was on the second floor across from the office at times it was noisy but i like the convenience of being near the elevator/staircase which we used daily. Parking was never a problem. Tampa international was 10 minutes/Tampa River Walk was 20/St Pete's beaches was a easy straight 30 minute drive which we did many days. We were very happy with our lovely stay in Tampa Bay and our stay at the Sailport suites. I would recommend using Flipkey (owner) Christine Delgado our room # 202 was perfect for us. The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! Very clean! The owners were very nice and available anytime we needed to call them. We would totally stay there again. There was the need for more cooking utensils/pots/pans. We cook a lot when we are on vacation so that’s always a must. Also, there was construction/repairs taking place that we was not told about ahead of time so every morning we were being woke up before 8AM to lots of hammering and pounding that sounded like it was on the other side of our walls. Not something you want to deal with on vacation let alone it being our honeymoon. The only other thing was the lack of wash clothes…We only had one. We let the owner know but she completely forgot to have them send us more which she felt really bad about. Overall great stay! … see more

Perfect house close to everything in south Tampa.

A group of us stayed here for a company trip. We come down every January and we've found it easier to get a house than hotel rooms. The house is great. Everything is extremely clean and tidy. The pool house is more like a small appartment and comfortably fit two of our guys.
