“Absolutely wonderful!!!” Location was perfect. So much to do and see without much driving time. Close to beaches, shopping, grocery stores and the many attractions. Great place to stay. Lovely condo and very nice people. Want to go again asap. The owner is a great lady!!

“Great little place” Me and my wife needed a place to stay for 5 days and found this plane on Vrbo. We never booked a house with the owner living there also but from the beginning Susan made us feel at home. I couldn’t ask for a better host. The house was clean the bed was comfortable. We had are own bathrooms and a very nice patio with pool. Would highly recommend for a couple who wants to stay close to downtown and don’t want to spend a lot of money. It was a great value. Thank you very much Susan.

“The sound of the gentle waves to wake you and Perfect Sunsets to” We have been very lucky to have rented many units at Sanibel Harbour over the years but we have to say this is the best unit yet!! This unit is Perfectly situated with unobstructed Bay views. No better place to have a glass of wine and watch the perfect sunsets!! The unit has been updated with a lovely british west indies styling that is perfect for a coastal home. The staff at Resort Harbour Properties were wonderful to deal with and their emails made our arrival incredibly easy! It felt like we were just arriving to our own home! We can't wait to go back! Only thing we would change is extra fluffy bed pillows and a few more beach chairs!!!

“Quiet” This is the fifth year we have stayed there, and the first year in this building. We normally stayed in 434 in the first building because it belonged to friends. When I set this up I picked the wrong building by mistake and I am glad we did. It is a lot more quieter here and we will be sure to get #711 again next time. See you next year.

“Beautiful Condo!” We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is beautiful. Convenient location--5 min to sanibel, enjoy Marriott amenities, 8 min to grocery, 8 min to outlets--we couldn't ask for more! We travelled with 2 small children and it was relaxing and refreshing. Loved seeing the dolphins every morning!

“Favorite spot!” Very nice place, beautiful sunsets every night, and perfect location! Stay in this area every year for over 20 years. Rented a boat went to Cabbage Key, spent time at both Sanibel and Ft Meyers beaches. Pool area very convenient with water activities right there. Great spot!

“Comfortable” The place is well furnished and we were very comfortable for our 2 wk stay. There were 4 adults and 3 toddlers. Kitchen well furnished, better then most. Good location to shopping and beaches. Fyi only 1 twin bed in 3 rd bedroom. Community pool was not heated. Great quiet neighborhood. Google mgt company to work with. We had a great time.

“Grrreat” We enjoyed our week to the Max! The condo was as described, beautiful. The view from the deck, Picturesque. We enjoyed the beach & the pool, and most of all the weather. The location worked well for us, easy to get to the places we wanted to go. We only had one little problem with the Wifi, and that was taken care of very quickly. My wife asked what month we were coming next year.

“We loved it!” Our recent stay in unit 137 was a wonderful experience. The accommodations were first class. We could exit the patio doors and walk down a stairway to the beach. Given that the temperature was 10-20 at home and close to 70 or so in FL, the weather cooperated. We visited Sanibel's Ding Darling which was a photographic wonderland as well as six mile cypress refuge, not too far away. Marriott's restaurants were excellent as well as some of the local spots. We would recommend staying there and plan to visit again.

“This condo is very beautiful and comfortable.” We loved the wraparound balcony. Can't wait to come back. The location was perfect as we attended a wedding at the resort. The owner was very gracious and made every effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

“Best place ever!” Best place ever. It was peaceful, water front property. I enjoyed watching the dolphins and the boats pass by from my balcony. I plan to stay again. everyone was so nice and everything was clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. My husband and I with our 3 teenage kids. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the condo. It was home to us not just a place to stay.

“Wonderful Experience” We really loved the condo, the location, view of the water, pool and beach were all lovely. The condo was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The only downside was the kitchen which needed some repairs and more kitchen utensils. We love to cook, and needed to "make do" with what we had and even purchased a few items. All in all, a fantastic place to spend 2 weeks.

“almost perfect!” loved the condo and all the necessities provided...beach towels cooler etc...did leave swimsuit and some other things in a drawer and have not received any word on them...definitely recommend the $150 Marriot fee for great amenities...
