“Awesome Home in Cape Coral” I would give this home more stars if I could. Gorgeous home, very clean and fully furnished. Scott (owner) is very responsive. Hoping to rent it again next winter. Ten thumbs up!!!

“All you need get-away house” Really great place to stay that has everything you need. Very very clean house, large open living room/kitchen area. Pool has immaculate, nice little seating area and BBQ to use. Plenty of towels, blankets, pots & pans and dinnerware. WIFI & Direct TV was included....not to mention fishing poles, bikes, and tons of pool floats & toys Main beaches are 45 minutes away, perfect for a day trip (Sanibel Island or Ft. Meyers Beach). Walk path nearby. House backs up to freshwater canal where you can fish. Quiet area to relax and enjoy. Close to grocery store, hardware store and Target to cover all your needs. Some fantastic places to eat close by. Lobster Lady has top-notch seafood, Nice Guys Pizza & Wings is a small bar/eatery with some really great beers on tap and the best & innovative pizza I have ever had. Really could not ask for anything more from a great vacation.

“A litle part of heaven mix ed with paradise!” We enjoyed our three months in Villa Sunshine and hated when the time was up.It was very spacious and inviting with a kitchen to die for with every item that one could want, that is if you have the time or want to cook. The view over looking the pool, in turn overlooking the large canal was spectaular!! We were disappointed that were unable to have it for the next year!

“Nice place for a vacation” I stayed here for four days so that I could see some Red Sox games. The place was very clean and neat, with a kitchen that had everything you need to cook. Juan was very helpful and had lots of suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay! There was plenty of room and it was a nice get-away.

“A wonderful place to spend a vacation!” We had a great time at Villa Alamea! The home is beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. We vacationed with 3 generations of family and enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space as well as the indoors. I would definitely recommend this home! The location was awesome as well.

“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Terrific location” My wife and I had rented this villa two years ago and returned this year for February. Although we could see the signs of two years of wear and tear, we thoroughly enjoyed Villa Dolphin again. It's southern exposure and wide water view makes the lanai the perfect spot to hang out all day. The river is just 15 minutes by boat and the boat was terrific...the best we have rented in 5 years. One disappointment..the GPS advertised in the boat was unreadable in the daylight but we know the area and it was not a problem for us. The management was responsive to the few small requests that we had. We highly recommend Villa Dolphin.

“Good value” The home was clean and inviting. The pool and hot tub provided hours of fun! It met my family of fives needs. We would stay here again. The deposit was returned in a timely manner.

“Beautiful relaxing home” Villa, Sunny Breeze is a large beautiful home on canal. Just bring our suitcase. All other items to run a home were furnished. Easy to locate and convenient to local grocery, gas stations and shopping. All questions were promptly answered. Would highly recommend.

“Super vacation” All of us really enjoyed this wonderful house. Everything you need was there. We would go back anytime. The home manager was very frinedly and helpful. We had no problems, everything was fine. The relaxing pool was the best at all. The house is unrestricted recommendable

“Nice home away from home” Great place to rest and relax. Easy access to getting around, pool was great, plenty of things to take to the beach available. Used the grill, stove and oven to cook and all worked well. Much of the directions were in German, so we had to dig out the owners manual to figure out how to run everything. I would definitely stay here again.

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!
