“Wonderful property, wonderful property owners.” Could not be more impressed with the property. Wonderful location and place. We were in a bind after another booking agency had us double booked and informed us the day before we were supposed to check in. We contacted the property owners here and they had a last minute opening. After some payment issues with the different booking agency, we came to flipkey and finalized this way. The property owners went above and beyond, spending hours with me to help figure out the plan and uncover the payment issues. Better yet, all of the rental proceeds go to charity. The property owners are great, and so is the property. Beautiful house with everything you need. Hot tub within walking distance, ski-in, ski-out property, town within walking distance, ect. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place whether you have a family looking for a nice place to stay or a group of friends. Thanks again for everything. Will hopefully get the chance to stay here again.

“Excellent!” Cabin was staged beautifully, had all the comforts of home. Kid friendly (we have 10, 11, 14 and 18. The management/customer services company SkyRun is excellent. The kids loved the sleds in the garage. The only thing I would change if I were going to be picky is the pillows need to be softer( we brought our own). We loved this cabin so much we are planning to return next year for a longer stay!

“Awesome View - walkable everywhere” I stayed at the Preston Ski Condo for 4 nights with four of my buddies in early March. We had a great stay, everything was as promised, the downtown area and slopes were within walking distance, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Humidifiers were used every night, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo to reduce what we packed. The owners were easy to work with and had a lot of good information. The hot tub worked great and the views from that deck are amazing!! It was great to feel at home while travelling, and we all said we'd stay there again if we meet back in Breck in a few years.

“Nice condo overall - walking distance to Breck. main street.” Overall good experience. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. Condo nicely done with fresh paint and nice furniture. Kitchen appliances are bit dated, but fully functional. The owner needs to replace the mattress in the master was not good; soft and "spungy", with a significant depressions and tilt toward either side. We actually slept on the pull-out couch the first night. Keep in units have AC. July temperatures made it a bit warm in the loft bedroom area. The unit had a small portable fan in the closet which greatly helped.

“Convenient” Great location- short walk to downtown Breckenridge, don't have to worry about finding parking place. Walk up to third floor can get old (no elevator). Condo has plenty of space and comfortable furniture.

“Great Location Close to Main Street” This unit has an excellent location, just minutes to Main Street and the property is on the river, so you can walk along the river path as an alternate and scenic route vs. Main Street. Ski In via 4'OClock Run from Peak 8. Easy Shuttle right out front to Slopes or 2 block walk to Gondola. Studio format of this unit was a little tight for our family of 5 (ages 12, 11, and 5), so i might go with a 2BR next time, but unit was well equipped and as expected. The 2 full baths was helpful. Queen bed and Murphy bed were pretty comfortable, pull out couch was adequate for kids. Bar area in lobby is a nice low key spot with fireplace and $2 drafts! this property is very nice, but not super high end luxury, and the location is great.

“Beautiful view” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The view of the mountains from the deck are spectacular! The condo has all the amenities you need and is just as pretty as the pictures show. It's located on a quiet street yet is just steps away from Main Street which has plenty of great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

“Great Mountain Retreat!” We really enjoyed our stay at the Peaceful Valley Lodge. Home was in even better condition than the pictures presented online. They aren't kidding about needing a four wheel drive if going in the winter but that's what the mountains are all about! Hope to be able to go visit this place again soon!
