“Just right for a wonderful beach vacation” My husband and I have stayed at this cute little cottage for many years. It is by no means fancy or large, but it is just what is needed for a great little get away every fall. We can bring our family dog with us, and we enjoy drinking our coffee on the gorgeous deck every morning, and taking walks on the beach at sunset. We keep coming back because of the fabulous location and wonderful memories!

“Cozy New England Cottage Was Perfect!” It was just a short walk to lobster rolls and nightly entertainment, which was great for unwinding at the end of the night after a tough day at the beach! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with friendly people and a wonderful atmosphere. It was fantastic to be able to see the Wednesday night fireworks from my back deck! The cottage was comfortable and I felt like I was right at home. Lots of amenities, like aC, cable, and wireless internet!

“Great Location! Beautiful Condo! Roomy, clean, and well stocked” We had a great time on our vaction at our rental property. There was a small issue with the internet and cable TV not working properly and it was resolved very quickly by the rental company. The condo was huge, very clean, and well stocked with amenties for cooking. It felt like being at home, while on vacation. We loved it!!

“RF105” Kitchen was well supplied and condo in a good location. The linens were clean, but there was old coffee in the coffee pot and some moldy coasters on the table. Also some cobwebs in fairly obvious places.

“Home away from home” This townhouse was very clean and had everything in it that was needed. I wanted for nothing. It was very spacious and made our family vacation fun with everything being so close. will definetly be back.

“Wonderful weekend stay!” We had a weekend family get-together with a group from ages 2 to 65. Michael met us on arrival and gave us a grand tour of the lodge from beds to sleds. His love of the lodge was obvious as he shared its history. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us - with room to spare. The large, well-stocked kitchen allowed all of us to share in the cooking and cleaning chores. The dining room was huge. The living room had plenty of space for all of us to congregate around the fireplace or to go to a corner for a game challenge or a quiet space. Lots to do inside (games, books, sound system, karaoke) and even a play area with table, chairs, books and toys for the young ones. Outside - to die for! A hill outside the door that was fun for all ages of sledders - and floodlights for night sledding. We had a great snowshoe hike on the trails (snow was not good for XC skiing that weekend). “Charming NH beach cottage - just the way it should be!” I have stayed at this cottage for the last 25 years (same owners), and I can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The owners keep the place in tip top shape, and we really do just bring our linens and food for the week. The porch is wonderfully shaded and a great way to spend the afternoon with a good book. There are even beautiful flowers lining the porch in hanging baskets every summer! The neighborhood is great for families, as well as older folks looking for a way to spend their summer days. The sandy beach and waterfront are just a short walk to the end of the street, and easily manageable even with a wagon toting all of the kids and sand toys! I can't say enough about how much I look forward to my vacation at the beach every summer!

“Nice area, unit could use some improvements” The village of loon are was very beautiful. The unit was nice and clean and fairly modern. The staff at the reservation service was very nice as well. The master bedroom downstairs was very musty and the room on the first floor had a bed that seemed like it hadn't been replaced in a while. The bed was so soft that I woke up with backaches every morning and had a tough time sleeping. However, when I told the staff about this issue, they wrote down the info and said they would look into it..hopefully they will.
