“Great location” This house itself is large, as is the screened-in porch that easily accommodated our family of 13. The pool, along with the pool basketball hoop, kept many of us entertained for hours. The house is steps away from the ocean and the proximity of the house to, 'the strip', outlet stores, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot landing is extremely convenient. There were a few minor issues that we felt should have been discovered by the caretakers of the house before we arrived and should be considered by the owner: While the house is furnished beautifully, it could have been a bit cleaner. One of the beds had stains on the comforter and another bed had a dark brown stain on the mattress cover that was discovered while stripping the bed at the end of our stay. Also, one of the sinks was clogged when we arrived making for an unpleasant welcome. We plunged it and it worked fine after clearing a huge hair ball but felt that the housekeeper should've noticed the clog (and stains) while cleaning. In addition, we found the WiFi to be spotty or non-existent outside of the main house making it a bit frustrating for guests staying in the two downstairs bedrooms or for anyone sitting on the porch. Although we weren't in need of a WiFi connection on a consistent basis, the pool and hot tub are managed by an app and WiFi is beneficial when searching for restaurants or attractions. Adding WiFi extenders or boosters would easily resolve this issue. Lastly, we did have two guests get stung by some very aggressive, persistent hornets that built and their nest under the porch deck. The owner quickly responded to this by sending the exterminator out the next morning which was greatly appreciated. The few items listed are easily rectified and are only included in this review to relay our experience and not to sway guests from overlooking a stay at this property. Overall, the owner was responsive and great to work and we would happily enjoy another stay at this beautiful home.

“Paradise” Great room perfect size for 2 or 3 people. Views were spectacular. Loved sitting on the balcony. Loved it. Would come back again. Room clean and had everything a couple would need. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great vacation with views.

“Class of 2016 graduates of South County High School had a wonderful stay” I booked this condo for my son and 5 of his friends who wanted to celebrate their graduation from high school. Their reaction and comments were "really nice" and they kept saying "thank you" . Dealing with the property manager (Patrick) was 100% very helpful and honest as well. Would definitely recommend as a wonderful place to stay for family more so than students. Very family oriented. The boys wanted a little bit more action but on the whole they were very happy with it. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations and thank you to Patrick for all of his help in putting up with a paranoid mother of one of the students.
