“Peaceful and Quiet” We loved the quiet; hate the door slamming and TV noise we get at hotels. I needed more light to get in at night (you need to navigate a gate and get around the garage before the motion light is activated.)The owners are very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

“Quiet oasis after a long day” I stayed here with my 16 year old daughter to celebrate her birthday and attend the Ellen Show. Marc welcomed us and gave us a short tour of the property. He had even gotten her a piece of cake with a candle, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The property was within walking distance of the studio and there were a lot of conveniences within a 10 minute drive of the property. I really enjoyed that it was on a quiet cul-de-sac since being out and about in LA is so hectic with traffic and people everywhere. It was also within a 20-30 minute drive to all of the places we wanted to visit, which is considered close in the LA area. It was also very refreshing to come back to a comfy apartment with a jetted tub after a long day of sightseeing. Also, another thing I noticed was that the gas prices were at least 40 cents cheaper than some of the more touristy areas. We would definitely rent again and recommend this property to anyone!

“Very inviting warm home!” I rented this home in July with 4 teenagers. Boys in one room, girls in the other. They all loved having their own bathrooms in their bedroom, which by the way are very modern. Frank is an excellent host! He left a book out with the famous hot spots and closest grocery store with directions how to get to each place. The first day we walked around the wrong way and mentioned it to Frank in the morning. He was very gracious and gave us a mini ride around Hollywood and surrounding areas to show us where things are located. He should have been a tour guide, he went out of his way to do that. We did not expect that. His house is very clean. We found the neighborhood to be safe. Location is fantastic. We were able to walk to practically everything we wanted to see, even Runyon Canyon. A few things we took a cab too. There is a garage space if you rent a car. If we are ever in the California area again, I will be renting from Frank in the future. I had my security deposit back the next day after I arrived home. I strongly recommend this house as a vacation rental. My teenagers, and myself, very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Thanks to Frank for making our Hollywood experience very enjoyable and care free. My family is from Wisconsin, and so much enjoyed the California weather. We will be back!

“Wonderful family home” My family and I came from UK, having to do post production work, for several months in la, and walked into a house with, not only everything we needed right there, but stunning decor, a feeling of warmth, light and familiarity, that made us feel as if we belonged. It was home! The front outside garden, is breathtaking, but secure as front patio is enclosed. We have 2 young children, who played happily and constantly in it, as well as a lovely backyard and deck. We had film clients over for Bbq's, and generally made this wonderful place our own very quickly, for those months. The home is located near absolutely everything, including walking to Whole Foods, or to my favorite restaurant, on Wilshire. Many, many visits the Beach, the marvelous children's playgrounds and parks nearby, made this an incredible place to work (wifi, internet), and relax and indulge in the good Santa Monica life, in this spectacular home we found. So reluctant to leave, but we know where we belong, when we need to return. We miss it!

“An absolutely perfect stay in Long Beach” I was over from London with my brother for work purposes. We stayed at this gorgeous condo for one month and did not encounter a single problem. It was fantastic in every way. The location is great - just a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants of downtown Long Beach and from the beach and marina. Try the Irish pub The Dubliner - up the road and great fun. The unit comes with two brand new mountain bikes which we used often to pop into town or ride along the beach. The unit itself is immaculate, efficient. large and modern. Everything is brand new. The fittings, furniture and artwork are all of a very high quality. There is a pool, hot tub, two gyms, steam room and extensive barbecue and social facilities. We made use of everything - it was great. The reception staff were fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. The landlord Tom is a legend. He was really professional, relaxed, friendly and just a great guy in general. For what you get, the day rate is really good value. We would certainly stay here again. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay in Long Beach. This condo comes highly recommended.
