“A great family getaway in a perfect location!” We had a wonderful stay in October at this updated, clean, spacious cottage. Our two children loved the layout with the bathroom connecting their bedrooms, and my husband and I appreciated the child-friendly, safe setting. It is rare to find such comfortable beds in a rental! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. The hospitable nature of the owners was felt from the first phone contact to the small, but important details of providing extra linens, detergent and brochures of the area attractions for their guests. We loved the fact that we were only a 3 minute walk from the pool and playground and just a bit further to the beach. Renting bikes, along with the swimming in the pool and at the beach, kept us pleasantly busy, but did not prevent us from having the calm, family-oriented week which allowed us to re-connect. This is a cottage we definitely hope to visit again!

“Great Stay” Great pool and beach. Make sure to rent bikes. With 2 young kids and many beach items, it would be a long walk. The Villa was great. We enjoyed good food at Fresh Fields and many activities at Night Heron Park. Bohicket Marina had a yummy ice cream shop. Art is great to work with!

“Great house for large groups” We were switched from another house that was not what it appeared to be on-line so they moved us to Sail On Inn. When we walked in we knew we liked it even before seeing the bedrooms. Very large open area with a table that sits 12 to 14 people if not more. 2 of the bedrooms have access to the porch. Those rooms also each have their own sink and toilet. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and anything you could need. Plan to stay in this house again. Also have a pretty good view of the ocean and the access is right across the street.

“Well appointed & comfortable apartment home centrally located in” The apartment home, located on Ben Sawyer Blvd in Mount Pleasant SC, was centrally located to allow quick access to all of what Charleston has to offer! 10 minutes to downtown Charleston, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms,& North Charleston. The apartment home itself was smartly appointed & the wood floors bring 'old world' charm. Its a 1 bedroom apartment home with Tv's in both the living room & bedroom. Cable included to both sets. Obviously, a full appointed kitchen. I must say, I really liked the shower head in the bathroom! This rental is perfect for 1-2 people.

“We dont want to leave!” This place was so perfect for our family and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Decor was so relaxing and the house was stocked with all that we need. Only problem as far as wheelchair accessible was that there are 2 steps to get into the elevator. The management was advised and not sure what is going to be done. We were in situation that we could lift the wheelchair bound person up to the level of the elevator, other than that this house is perfect and we wanna come back and have not even left ...

“Secret hideaway” We came to fifth fantasy after attending our daughter's boyfriends graduation from Parris Island SC. I had done some searching online and found Edisto. This is the most well kept secret on the east coast. First and foremost I have to say that this house was absolutely fantastic. It was very clean and the kitchen had any and everything you could possibly need. I think it has even more implements than my own kitchen. The view is absolutely amazing. Sitting on the screened porch, you can see water from far left to far right. The furnishings were perfect for a beach house and quite comfortable. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace each night we were there even though it wasn't that cold, we enjoyed the ambience. The bedrooms were very nicely appointed and everything was absolutely amazing. We loved the extra freezer next to the washer and dryer and the hammock on the screened porch were just lovely. Edisto realty was great to deal with and we ordered linens from Edisto Essentials and they were delivered to the house when we arrived. The beach was just fantastic. We were there labor day weekend and the beach was practically empty. On tuesday, we were on the beach and saw absolutely not another soul!! Where else on the east coast can you do that? We enjoyed watching the shrimp boats and sail boats each day enjoying the atlantic. We can't wait to go back!! Edisto is truly a hidden gem and it's less than 4 hours from where we live, yet a world away!! Another thing that I must mention is the sincere hospitality we experienced every place we shopped. It was quite apparent that our business was well appreciated!!! We were warmly thanked and more importantly, invited back!! It was our first time to the island yet I felt like we were a part of their family. It was a great time we will cherish forever. Edisto Island is a must visit if you haven't been there before. Fifth fantasy is a great choice and we would highly recommend it.
