“get away” My experience was kinda shaky at first , I was given the wrong gate code to get in complex, plus there were a couple of wristbands for pool entry missing and a blind that was messed up,but was able to be fixed in about 15 minutes. Our reservations were never given to property managers at office as well, but as soon as Jennifer responded she was able to take care of that. I have been to 2 other units there and this unit is the most modern by far and is very clean,and a great spot in the complex.

“Awesome weekend!” Absolutely love this condo! Perfect location across from the beach, wonderful heated pool: fun for kids and adults. Condo equipped with every need including beach chairs and toys. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. Just need to buy food unless you want to take advantage of all the restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful view from the patio. Quiet building. We can't wait to return for a third visit!

“Perfectly awesome!” Absolutely gorgeous condo. Kitchen and bathroom had everything needed and more. Best location,private type beach, great for families and beautiful. Planning on staying at 514 next year. I personally would install a window treatment in the family room. The late afternoon sun is brutal. My 14 year old granddaughter says it is perfect!

“Wonderful family beach vacation condo” The condominium is a great place to stay. All the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. There is an picturesque view of the beach on the balcony and a large pool to enjoy. The location of the condo is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Carol (the owner) is always very helpful and accessible if you have any questions about your stay. We have found a new place to stay on our summer vacation and can't wait to visit again next year!

“Brilliant location and very friendly hosts.” This is a condo with a kitchen/diner and lounge area downstairs and a bedroom (and very comfy bed) and bathroom upstairs. There is a balcony outside the bedroom, which faces east so you have the beautiful sunrise. The condo is well equipped, and you have the use of the pretty patio/garden at the rear which is right on the intracoastal and which is shared with the hosts. There is the usual abundance of wildlife including dolphins, and a very pretty outlook. The beach is three or four minutes walk away, along with local shops and restaurants. We loved our stay there and would certainly go back. The hosts are very friendly and amenable.

About Madeira Beach
Located on a beautiful barrier island in Tampa Bay, this beach community boasts year-round warm weather, a classic boardwalk, and calm seas. For most visitors, Madeira Beach's main attraction is the beach itself. This long strip of white sand is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico. With gentle waves and plenty of marine life, it is great for swimming and sunbathing, as well as a host of water sports.
For an adrenaline rush, hop on a wave-runner or charter a parasailing adventure along the coast. Off the coast of Madeira Beach, deep-sea fishing can yield snapper, sea bass, porgies, and other big fish. Take the whole family on a dolphin-sighting cruise, or learn more about sea creatures at one of west Florida's many aquariums and marine animal rehabilitation centers.
On land, there are numerous golf and tennis clubs in the Tampa area, as well as several miniature golf courses for the family. Some mini golf courses even have live alligators on the premises! Beat the heat in one of Tampa's fun water parks, or learn about the Florida habitat by visiting one of the many nature preserves in the region. For example, Boyd Hill Nature Preserve offers more than 200 acres of nature trails near the shores of Lake Maggiore in nearby St. Petersburg.

- John's Pass Village and Boardwalk: At this classic family boardwalk, there are more than 100 shops and restaurants overlooking the ocean.
- Clearwater Marine Aquarium: Just a quick jaunt up the coast from Madeira, this aquarium and marine rehabilitation facility features dolphins, otters, sea turtles, and stingrays.
- Florida Botanical Gardens: Admission is free for these lovely and well-tended gardens, which include orchids, fruit trees, wildflowers, and other tropical Florida flora.
- Clearwater Beach: If you'd like to try another stretch of sand, head up the coast to Clearwater.
- Caladesi Island State Park: Take a ferry to this marvelous wildlife preserve, where you can enjoy swimming, picnicking, or hiking in a pristine coastal environment.
- Busch Gardens: This theme park features amusement rides, African animal exhibits, live entertainment, and family friendly restaurants.
