“Perfect Location in Lovely Laguna Beach” Beautifully appointed accommodations in the perfect location in Laguna Beach. We walked to restaurants, shops and galleries, not to mention the gorgeous beach down the stairs a few feet from our front door. There are 3 houses on this property. We didn't have our own private outdoor area or balcony, which we would have liked, but we did become friends with the 3 couples staying in the house next to us. One of the best things about vacations is connecting with other people. And the great thing about Laguna is that you can do a lot...or nothing at all, except to enjoy the scenery and the sounds of the ocean. Booking this property, checking in and Denise's follow up were all easy, seamless and thorough. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed every minute.

“Relax in Style” If relaxation is your goal--this is the place! Private spacious courtyard outside, warmly decorated, cozy comfort and all needed amenities inside. Our stay was short, but sweet! Special thanks to Paulette for the beautiful bouquet of flowers from her garden waiting in our room. It was a thoughtful birthday greeting. Thanks too, for your wonderful hospitality. Laguna Vista - Steps down to the ocean outside the front gate

“Park and Play” We stayed here with our grown children (family of 6 adults) and found it comfortable, clean and close to both the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. We only needed a car to drive to Dana Point for our dolphin tour and to a more sandy beach area farther south in Laguna. Beach access is easy (as long as you can navigate lots of stairs) and there were lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops and even a darling bookstore within walking distance. Nice sunset view from park bench on Cress Cove but area did seem a bit congested with cars and foot traffic for it to feel very private. Hotel just across alley had a great bar and upstairs deck perfect for cocktails and appetizers while watching the pelicans fly over or the sunset!

“Fantastic” From the moment I booked, the service, response was fantastic. The property had EVERYTHING. Very clean, and well equipped. Comfy beds, plenty of linen. In a secure gated complex. Close enough to the beach, shops. Quiet, no traffic noise. Terry is lovely and nothing is too much bother. Thanks you Terry we had a wonderful stay.

“Best beach vacation ever! Location,location location” I just returned from a week in this house on Newport Beach. I the grandma, two adult kids and 4 grand kids ages 5 -12. This house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the two bathrooms were great. Best of all was the location. We could be sitting in the living room,or on the front patio, or cooking dinner and we could watch the kids playing in the sand. The family surfed everyday, and there is a great break directly in front of the house. The little ones boogie boarded every day also. Of course it didn't hurt that we had beautiful weather everyday. We liked not having to bring linens and towels. We knew ahead of time to bring our own beach equipment and towels. Owner was attentive. All around awesome! And did I mention location?
