“The house was every thing u could ask for” We had many guests that stayed with us and they all raved about the house. The extra TV room upstairs was super for the kids to hang out and play games. It was very comfortable and stocked with every thing you would need to make your stay pleasurable Would recommend this house.

comfortable home for large family

We spent a lovely Memorial Day week at Point of View this May. The house met most of our expectations except it was actually a longer walk to the beach than we expected by its location because there was a fence that we could not get through so we had to walk 2 blocks out of our way to get access to the main road and the beach, . Also, the house was sold the week before we arrived and a new management company who never saw the house was used We are used to having rentals with some games, or beach toys or chairs, or movies. There was nothing like that. Not even a magazine listing restaurants and activities in the area. The prior owners must have emptied the home and the new owners never got to be thereWe had trouble getting the internet to work and kept leaving messages with the new management who finally called and said he'd never been to the house and never came.Luckily we had computer savvy guests who got us on line because there were guests who needed to work from the house. This was our first rental in seaside/seagrove so we didn't know what to expect. The location is great for walking to town. We didn't use our cars the whole week! Beautiful home within a 5-minute walk to beach

This home is every bit as beautiful in person as it appears in the pictures. The furniture is very comfortable and there are 8 (yes, 8!) TVs throughout the house. Wifi, Netflix, etc was available throughout. The family room and deck on the third floor provide extra hang out areas to spread out, which is perfect for large groups or even a small family with kids who want their own space. One of the other awesome hang out areas is the back porch. Pictures don't really do it justice. It's situated right alongside of the next door neighbor's house, but there are no windows on that side. So it makes this fully covered porch into a very private and cozy little outdoor space with a TV and two comfy chairs and ottomans. A great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The location is also wonderful - both in the lot itself and the proximity to the beach. This house sits right at the transition into a new community. The way it happens to be situated on a corner bend with a slide grade keeps it from feeling like you're right on top of the neighbors or that people are looking in at you. The beach is an easy, straight 5-minute walk. There is a 6-person golf cart at the house, available to rent at an additional cost. This convenience is well worth it because you can drive it all around the area and the beach is only a 1-minute drive away. There is both car and golf cart parking at the Dune Allen Regional Beach. There are hundreds of rental options in Santa Rosa. I know this because I spent weeks and weeks pouring over websites looking at them and wondering which would actually be as good in person as I hoped. My family decided on Villa Anesi. The best evidence I have to offer on how awesome this house really is would be the simple fact that we've already rebooked it for next year!
