“Lovely setting for a relaxing beach week!” This gem of a cottage is close to Rehoboth, Bethany and Lewes beaches, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the Coastal Highway. The sun porch was a beautiful spot to relax with morning coffee, an afternoon book and a post beach evening happy hour!

“Best place to stay on the beach!” We had a great vacation at the "3 Seas Cottages this past week, in fact, it was the best relaxing vacation we have had in years. Everything was as advertised and much more. We checked in on Saturday and when we return from the beach we found a tin of cookies on the porch that Susan the owner had baked for us. When met Susan later that day we found her to be the sweetest person you could every meet and so accommodating. The place was perfect, right down to the soap in the brand new outdoor cedar shower. The neighborhood was so quiet it reminded me of stepping back in time when life moved a much slower pace… Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly as they walked their dogs, walked to the beach, or took a night stroll to dinner. The location is perfect because it’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and the restaurants. The entire place has been very recently renovated, the furnishings and the attention to detail is top notch. We enjoyed shopping at the local markets, produce stands and cooking in the kitchen and on the gas grill on the patio. We spent a few evenings just sitting on the screened-in porch listing to some jazz music and drinking a bottle of wine, it was heavenly. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked it again for next summer the same week.

“Awesome little cottage” The cottage was the perfect size for us and Paul was amazing to offer us help with everything from food recommendations to locations of certain places like the Dogfish Pub. He put me at ease with the process and being so helpful. We wanna come back next year

“Good location” We found the apartment to be very clean and fully equipped. It is in a quiet place that still manages to be near everything we wanted to visit. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Definitely recommended.

“Another great beach week” We returned to 15B for the second straight summer, and for the second straight summer we enjoyed a great week! The new outdoor shower was an added bonus and matched the high quality of the rest of the accommodations. Susan, the owner, makes everything very easy with the parking pass and use of the nice beach chairs and umbrella.

“Vacation Rental Was Everything We Wanted and Then Some” This rental was beyond comfortable. We loved the terrace outside and the fact that we could have our 2 small dogs stay with us. We were all very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the the special touches (like all the flowers) made this rental very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again given the chance. Close to everything. We had an amazing time in Rehoboth and staying at this place had a lot to do with that! This was also very easy in terms of renting - FlipKey, the owner, etc. Book this place now and enjoy your vacation!

“Spacious and lots of bikes!” Our family got together w 7 adults and 5 kids and this place was perfect. There were 4 bedrooms, big kitchen (fully stocked for lots of people), plenty of indoor and outdoor eating space. There were also lots of bikes and all the beach stuff (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys) and games you could ever need. We normally drive to the beach (they have parking passes), but only bc we took so much stuff. Otherwise bikes or the trolley would have been perfect too. Loved it! Thanks!

“Always Amazing” We love staying in Beach Mist #5. Being mere seconds from the beach is heavenly, but it is also nice to lay out on the beautifully decorated deck and relax. We also love being close to tax-free shopping in Delaware. It is a nice, quiet spot that doesn't have a lot of traffic buzzing by, but everything from Billy's to the boardwalk is easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back.

“Would welcome the chance to visit Cape May again and this would be my "go to" place.” A 4 night stay with 2 friends for an event at the Convention Center-it was perfect! NIcely kept, had everything we needed including a gracious landlord and 2 sweet whippet dogs! Great location, walkable everywhere we needed to be. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay! I must add I had to change my plans from the cottage to the 2nd floor property in the main house a couple times and the owner was most gracious and worked with me till we got it all sorted out. Thanks George and the "girls" for an enjoyable stay!
