“Relaxing” Loved this place! If you like quiet, cozy, country then this is the place! My family loved it there! We are outdoor people that live in the country so this was ideal for us. Dean was so pleasant and his animals were a delight . The barn cats were my all time favorite because I'm a cat lover but the peace and quiet was the best! My boys fished in the pond and my grandson loved being outdoors watching the turkeys and horses. We will definitely be going back in the future!

“It was a totally wonderful experience” Lovely condo, lovely view of the beach, and overlooking from the balconies a beautiful pool and hot tub, plus a fire pit surrounded by beauty. Of course the ocean is a lovely view in itself. Will return at the first opportunity. I Highly recommend this condo and area.

“Nice and quiet” Great place to stay if you are looking for quiet and convenience. I rarely drove. Walked everywhere because conveniences were all close. The condo was perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for. The only problem which is fixable is the internet was not responding. Had to go to McDonald's for Wifi. I do want tommention that the owner was very kind and prompt with her responses to my questions. Could not imagine anyone else being so kind and patient. Thank you, Karissa! I would definitely stay here again!

“Cozy and beautiful beach condo” This condo at Mar Vista Grande is beautiful, right on North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed our week stay. Anna,the owner was very responsive to all of my questions and emails. She was Lovely to deal with. I told her carpet had stains on it when we arrived, and she is going to replace the flooring. There is no iron or ironing board, so you would need to bring your own. Washer and dryer worked great. There is supposed to be no smoking throughout the entire condo building including pool area and balconies which we like because we are not smokers. People staying in condo to the right of us, 1206 smoked daily on their balcony. We couldn't sit outside on our balcony because of it. The beach was wonderful. We bought boogie boards and spent hours riding the waves. You can rent an umbrella and two beach chairs for five days from the local Myrtle Beach company for $125. A lot of people smoking cigarettes and cigars were on the beach all day long!! It was very annoying to try to relax and enjoy the beach with the smokers. Once your beach equipment you rent is put there, you are stuck when people who smoke set up in front of you and behind you. Mar Vista has a little bar hut that served beer but no liquor. So when we ordered Pina coladas for $8.00 each we were not told about no rum in them until after drinking them. They are served with white wine. My husband asked what rum they used and they said none. We wouldn't have ordered them if they would have been honest from the beginning. You can get a regular Pina colada for $5. The indoor pool was great when we needed relief from the sun. We spent time at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Both are nearby and have activities for all. Both had awesome fireworks! Overall we would recommend this condo.

“Myrtle Beach” Beautiful condo!! A bit chilly but we had a great time in the heated pools and walls on the beach. Very clean and updated. Sarah was just a text away if you needed any help. Would deffinatly return. If you get a chance visit Inlet plantation to horse back ride on an island on the ocean. A experience of a lifetime.

“Great stay” The owner was very nice and made sure I was accommodated. The condo is as you see it in the photos and how it is described on the site. It is about a 7 minute walk to Main Street. Family friendly as well! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in North Myrtle Beach.

“Great rental for a Great Price” My friends and I had such a good time in this unit. One of my friends was excited because she could bring her dog for the week. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit and the prompt handling of our problem with the television remote. The beach is a short walk. There is so much shopping around us. The three of us found the location to be ideal, and we couldn't be happier with the price.

“Amazing” The place was awesome! Everything like the pictures and more! Perfect for our big family, everyone loved the place. The view was amazing, thought we would miss the oceanfront view but watching the fishers & crabbers was awesome and if you look over the balcony you can see the little crabs running around on the ground! The kids loved it! No complaints at all.. they had everything you could want. Thoughtfully planned, griddles, pans, silverware, brooms, extra pillows, chairs.. etc. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again! (Photos are screenshots of videos) I highly recommend this place!!
