“Updated condo, great pool, awesome owner” This is a great rental condo. It is in a great location on a marina, just across the street from the beach (just an easy 5 minute walk). A real bonus is the location near the Santini Plaza. The Plaza has great restaurants, a liquor store, a hardware store and other shopping. There is a CVS next to the Plaza. The pool is beautiful and the largest on the island. It was great to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Vito is a fantastic owner. He is easy to contact and genuinely cares about his renters.

“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Paradise Cottage, the name says it all!” From the first inquiry to the last day of the trip Christine made the experience effortless and wonderful! This beach house is amazing and will exceed your expectations. It is located perfectly mid island in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you may want to do. My family and I absolutely loved everything about the Paradise Cottage, so much so I questioned sharing this secret hideaway...but it was too good to not share the experience. Christine and her crew went above and beyond from fresh flowers, leaving the light on for our late arrival, stocking us up with daily necessities and making herself available throughout our trip to returning clothes that my daughter had left behind. This was truly made a home in paradise. I have been traveling to Ft. Myers for 10+ years never staying in the same place twice. I can guarantee that if this is available I will never stay anywhere else again. Thank you so much to Christine and her staff for making my family feel at home and helping us create wonderful memories!! I highly recommend Paradise Cottage and working with Christine...you won't be disappointed!!

“Estero Sands was PERFECT!!” Estero Sands was a great place for our family! We've stayed in Ft. Myers many times and this stay was one of the best. The owners that were on site were very nice. The grounds were very well kept. Literally steps to the beach!!! Loved it!!

“This area was easy to get around but the Trolley was a fun way to visit FMB areas . . .” Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath 6th floor unit had a view of the intercoastal waterway (from 1 bedroom) as well as the beach view from the master bedroom & our screened corner balcony. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware; the appliances worked well and were clean. They loved their bedroom with the extra long full size beds. The building is right on the beach for easy access with 2 grandchildren. Easy walk to the Bowditch Point Park and Times Square. We really enjoyed the Ostego Bay Foundation Marine Science Center. Highly recommended.

“Best Family Vacation house to date.” The house was very modern and had plenty of space for my family. Didn't have a lot of cooking pots and pans for making meals for a big party but there are some provided. We loved the mini bar. The neighborhood was pretty quite for the more part, but some construction was going on across the street. The pool wasn't ready during our stay so once that is finish this place would be top of the line. Emily was very quick to answer any question we had. The house is very close to the beach and little shopping places. Loved this house!

Beautiful view in a cozy little room

The condo's size was perfect for my husband and I. The view was amazing, and the beach out front was beautiful! It is on the top floor and you have views that are just stunning. There are shops and restaurants across the street (all delicious!) The bathroom has been redone since pictures were posted and it is beautiful. A couple things we would like to point out is that it wasn't as clean as we would like, my feet were black from walking around barefoot the first night (so you'd think it would have been freshly mopped). The ceiling fans were covered in dust, and our clothes that we put in the dresser were covered in dust, also. The unit could use a little deep clean I think. The new shower door also leaked, but since it's newly done, the owner might not know. Communication could be better from the rental manager, but all in all, we really did enjoy our stay, nothing said here ruined our vacation, we had a great time! … see more

Wow! This home was exactly what we needed for a family get away/Spring Break! From the moment we walked in, it was extremely clean and exactly what we expected. Having all the beach accessories available to use was amazing too! We went fishing in the mornings, had a LOT of pool time, and some beach days too! The grill was great for some home cooked dinners, the kitchen was big for breakfast, and we were withing walking distance or a quick shuttle ride to some amazing restaurants too! It was perfect for us, and we will most certainly be back! Christine was so great to work with too. She answered all of our questions quickly, and was over the top nice to help us out when needed! Hidden Gem

My husband and I recently spent two weeks at Vito’s condo and we WILL be back. The condo is located on the quieter end of Fort Meyers Beach and is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. It was clean & spacious with 3 bdrms and 2 baths. Our daughter flew out for a few days over Thanksgiving with a friend and we had plenty of room. It’s fully stocked with everything needed for two weeks of kitchen cooking and the BBQ areas are conveniently located for outdoor cooking. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus too. We enjoyed the local farmers market held on Tues and Thurs mornings right next door in The Santina Square. The pool is clean, heated, and the pool deck is large so we never had to fight for a spot at the pool. The beach is a short walk across the street where you have private access. We enjoyed long morning walks on the beach and beautiful evening sunsets. Vito, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond via email to any questions I had. We spend two weeks in Florida every year and this was my favorite spot so far. We plan to return next year. … see more
