“Excellent family rental” Home was extremely nice and just as pictured online. It is also located within walking distance of several good restaurants and the beach. The owner was also easy to reach and responded in a very timely fashion with any questions that I had.

“Fall Delight” I took my elderly mother to spend a few days at the beach. Everything was perfect with a clean, bright condo that had a teapot (yay!), linens supplied, very close to the aquarium, and easy beach access. The weather was lovely for sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean sounds. We loved it and will return! Thanks for sharing this quiet spot with us.

“Awesome place!” Very spacious. Pics don't do it justice. Additional paid parking spaces across the street. Kitchen utensils fully stocked. Master shower is amazing. 1 block to beach. Will definitely visit again.

“Great place to stay.” Our condo was on the 2d floor, and we had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed - including a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. We ate in a lot and found everything we needed to cook was in good shape and clean. The pools were clean and the beach was fabulous. The waves aren't as big as at Va Beach, but we still had plenty of fun. I was surprised all the places had lights on at night even though the turtles were nesting. This complex was right on the beach -just a short walk away! We will probably be back and hope to stay in the same unit.

“Charming Home Away From Home” This condo was absolutely charming! It was everything described and more. The condo is beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. The condo was quiet, spacious, and yet cozy and perfect for my husband and me. The view from the deck and the master bedroom was incredible. (Be sure to take binoculars so you can enjoy the view and observe the local birds.) We wanted to be able to cook most of our meals, enjoy the beach, visit some local attractions, and have a few nice dinners at local restaurants. We were able to do all that and more. The extra bedroom was a plus as we entertained family several times and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a full dinner for everyone. What a wonderful time we all had! The weather was spectacular and we even enjoyed a full moon. I love the beach, but had never done a beach rental. We were so fortunate that our first rental was with Ellen. To say, she was helpful and just wonderful is an understatement. She made us feel so comfortable about renting, answering our every question, and even called to be sure she had addressed all of our concerns. We could tell she took great pride in her property and made every effort to make it “a home away from home.” Ellen even called after we were there a day or so to be sure everything was OK. Thank you Ellen for making our first beach rental so special. My husband and I had such a lovely time and left with memories that will last us forever. We would definitely stay here again!! Gayle

“Carolina Beach 2019” Great OF rental .. Spacious rooms and OF deck My husband loved the quilt in Master BR (ordering similar quilt today ) Reservation process simple with owners excellent to work with Furnishings and appliances very nice and aesthetic We brought my mother, a clean freak, along for vacation her only complaints were the kitchen waste receptacle needed cleaned out and bleached and the windows / doors needed cleaned - she did each day and was quite pleased with the new washer and dryer The only concern long term is the sagging bathroom floors ( in areas floor is very soft ) Would rent again and will very soon as well as recommend

“Beautiful View” It was a beautful view with a good location to many area attractions! We loved Freeman Park and enjoyed the aquarium. We thought the condo was a small size for 4 people for the kitchen and living space. Bedrooms and baths a great size, but mattreses need updating. The sofa mattress needs to be replaced and for the rental price we did not think we should have to strip the beds or provide toilet paper and paper towels. Also, the added cleaning and administration fees should be included in the price of rental. We have been to larger condos for less money and a more updated building. We did however make family memories and played sone games when it rained. We enjoyed the balcony and being on the beach!!

“The best place to stay in Carolina Beach” This was our second stay at this place and it was great. The apartment was very clean and as soon as we arrived we were able to go right in and unpack. Bobby and Diane are the best people you could ever meet.They are friendly and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The relaxing view from the front porch is very nice and private.As long as they have places to rent I will not stay anywhere else when I go to the beach. Each time we stay at one of their places we seem to have a better time than our last visit. We look forward to seeing them next year if not again this year.They are the best. The Whites

“Breathtaking ocean front view” This was our second stay at this wonderful place. The condo has everything we could wish: A breathtaking ocean front view together with a side view all the way up to Kure Beach. The furnishing is comfortable and tastefully composed. Everything is clean and cosy. Bill was extremely supportive, he always responded immediately and helped with everything. He ensured that we had quite a memorable stay at his condo. We will come back as soon as possible.
