“VERY, VERY GOOD AND BEAUTIFUL HOME!” To experience the real Art Deco S. Beach the home matched exactly the architecture and era. It was a real nice stay with a big back yard. Parking was in front and my friends and I wete able to walk to the beach and many many attractions. There were no problems except for one bulb in a lamp next to the bed of which the next morning was quickly replaced. The AC was turbo cold and perfect since it was so hot in Miami. The appliances, washer, dryer and kitchen were all great. The home was conveniently located and the park across the street offered lots of things to do. Try the pool there. Its really big. Everything was very safe and you can freely walk at night with no problem. It was a nice stay and i woukd recommend it to others to stay. The management was very kind and friendly willing to assist with any questions asked.

“Great Stay - Perfect Location!!” My two friends and I had such an amazing time renting from Lee Baron! This studio was just what we wanted for our first stay in South Beach. It was cozy, spacious, and perfectly located, with easy access to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on Collins and Ocean Drive. The apartment building was quiet & clean, and the receptionist and security were always pleasant. I would definitely stay here again, and/or rent another apartment from Lee Baron. “Great South Beach Location” Excellent location, an ocean view, with all of the conveniences of home and more; washer, dryer, seasonings, pots, pans, coffee maker, Cuban espresso pot, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and towels! You name it... I cannot say enough about the host who welcomed us with wine. He stayed in touch from the beginning of booking. His trusted housekeeper was great and available for questions or concerns. Only downside was that I caught a cold and got stuck in the house. I could only find one channel on the TV; glad I had Hulu and Netflix accounts (nice, big, smart TV). But when you’re in South Beach, who wants to stay inside anyway?

“Great Place to Celebrate 30th Birthday!” Stayed here from September 18th- 21st to celebrate my 30th birthday with close friends and family and had the time of my life. Lee responded to my questions and inquiries in a timely fashion. Eduardo was very hospitable and made us feel comfortable once we arrived to the condo. The condo was a great size for 3- ladies, with (2) sofa beds in the living room and (1) bedroom which gave us enough space and privacy. Enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. You can see the beach from the balcony- which was wonderful! Although the balcony is small,3- people could stand and 2-people could sit and have drinks, people watch, as well as dance to music heard from downstairs :) The condo was in the perfect vicinity of the Ocean Dr. strip. Being on top of Margaritaville was convenient to go downstairs for drinks and appetizers. Some of the best clubs restaurants, clothing as well as grocery stores, are within walking distance or a 5-10 minute cab ride away, no need to rent a car. The only issues were that; their were dirty dishes in the cabinet and thankfully we brought our own paper plates, plastic cups and silverware. I also think the bathroom could use some renovation. The window did not close all the way and I think the bathtub could use a shower curtain that was cleaner, had some design to it and better quality. Otherwise I highly recommend staying at this condo if you're looking for a place that is within great proximity of the ocean, with a beautiful view, ready to party and take advantage of the nightlife, don't mind loud music (from Margaritaville) and ready to have a good time.

“This condo was amazing!” Everything about this condo was beyond amazing. Lee and his assistant were very helpful and comforting in making sure that everything was great for my arrival and as well as anything I needed during my stay. The location is prime and the view of the mansion as well as the beach is pretty amazing in itself. The inside of the condo feels like home and I had no issues with anything. I will be staying here each time I visit Miami and I'll be recommending this place as well. Great job, Lee and I thank you so much for everything.

“Perfect place in South Beach” This was a perfect place to stay in South Beach. Everything we wanted was right next to the building: beach, restaurants, shopping, clubs, art galleries... The apartment was well maintained and had all the comforts for a vacation rental. Plenty of extra towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. I also liked how it was decorated and how the whole place was laid out. It was a very good value for the money, and Alex was on top of everything and well organized. We got all our directions and key codes in advance so we were able to check in on our own as soon as we got to South Beach. If we had any questions, Alex was always easy to reach and provide good advice. The entire experience was smooth and easy, and we are perfectly satisfied . Will stay here again.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Mondrian an we came bag!” We enjoyed our stay at the Mondrian very. The studio was perfect, clean, spacious and well furnished. The view from the balcony was stunning. We would definitely come back!

“An absolutely unforgettable experience! Loved every moment of staying there” The view from room number 1620 was gorgeous and the living room in general was spacious. My favorite part was relaxing in the pool downstairs that also opened up to the beach. I left my book in the apartment but HORA vacation rentals was very accommodating in finding it and sending it back to me within a week itself. Thank you for a great time!

“Perfect location for Gramma and her granddaughter to discover So” Loved the location! Loved the management! Loved the unit! Check in was smooth, parking manageable at 10 dollars a day, the unit was a delightful bright one bedroom full kitchen cute living area just perfect down to the internet connection and Tvand washer and dryer... We had a cozy little spot to come and go from all day long, beach, kids park, great walks, and Ocean drive! Close to Bayside and a smooth drive to Marlins Park. So many restaurants and so little time we had to extend!

“Amazing place to stay!” This apartment was such a nice place to stay! Located inside the alexander Hotel, it was right on the "strip", facing the ocean. It's a short walk to all the major hotels and located right on the beach. The place itself was spacious, clean, and modern. We stayed for 5 days/4 nights and chose not to have intermittent cleaning-but had enough towels and amenities to last us. The apartment had a kitchen equipped with pots and pans, so we were able to cook some of our meals and save the money for the nightlife. The owner Mark was always prompt with his responses prior to the stay, and we will definitely recommend this place. In fact, we are planning on making this an annual trip and will stay here again.

“Great location for great price” This was the second time that I rented a place via Lee and again he did not disappoint me! The studio is at an awesome location, close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. You can walk everywhere! The studio has everything you need and is very nicely decorated. You don't event need to bring beach chairs and umbrellas. It was for me really a home away from home. The studio is perfect for couples or when you are alone like I was. Lee's assistant Alex was great as well. A very friendly guy who provided everything I needed. As mentioned in the description there is renovation going on. During my stay the front of the building was being renovated but it did not bother me at all. When I was in the studio there was no noise or anything. I did see some construction workers around the building but they were working when I was at the beach! The studio was being offered with a discount which made it a great deal considering the location and the quality of the studio. If you don't want to stay in this studio because of the renovation, I am sure Lee has other very nice places to offer. I would highly recommend to rent this or another apartment via Lee.

“Good value for money!” The apartment is absolutely recommendable. Facing away from the noisy Ocean Drive but a short distance to everything and the beach just across the street. Clean and tidy. The host was very cooperative. We got access to the apartment early and were allowed to keep it longer. Thanks for a very nice stay in an apartment that works perfectly.
