“Beautiful Cottage” This cottage is clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities of a high-end hotel room. Extremely comfortable bedding, cold air conditioning, an outdoor table and chairs, and much appreciated peace and quiet. The owners made sure we had all the comforts of home during our stay. This is the first time we have used an airbnb and we would definitely do so again.

“Great Vacation” This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Check in was very fast. Every single employee the entire trip would greet us with sir or maam and open doors for us. The place was very good. Restaurant service was good. But I think our waitress was very busy and forgot us. Two other groups that came in after us got their food before we even ordered. So we had to tell another employee. She did come back and was very apologetic. Well done on her part. The resort and condo was very clean. We broke a wine glass and told the staff so we could pay for it. They said its fine its taken care of. ( Sorry) The beach was very nice I love how the staff comes by and asks us for drinks. The view was awesome. Our last day around 930am we saw a school of Dolphins swim by. Next time I will buy the package to use all the amenities for no extra charge. David and Teri Thank you so much for letting us rent your place. We treated it like our home and left it nice for the next guest. Little for the staff to do. I hope I can rent this place again. Pensacola Beach is a popular vacation destination, known for its sandy white beaches, great restaurants, and wide range of options for shopping. In addition to a number of water activities to take part in including boating and fishing, the friendly locals ensure that your time in the area will be relaxing and worry-free. Via de Luna Drive and Fort Pickens Road are the two main streets in the area and have plenty of great seafood restaurants and boutique shopping to explore.

  • The Island Cross: This 10 foot concrete cross on Fort Pickens Road has somehow managed to survive multiple hurricanes without a single scratch.
  • National Museum of Naval Aviation: Located in nearby Pensacola, the museum features over 150 completely restored aircrafts.
  • Historic Downtown Pensacola: Just a few miles away from Pensacola Beach, this village features multiple museums and historic buildings.

The two main festivals in the area are held during the summer months, so you might want to plan your trip to coincide with them. The Bushwacker and Music Festival, a weekend music festival with some of the most well-known acts in Florida takes place during the first weekend in August, and the Pensacola Beach Air Show, where fighter planes perform tricks in the sky, takes place in July. Luckily, no matter what time of year you visit, it's easy to find a vacation rental in Pensacola Beach. Very accomodating resort

This condo is a great size for a small family. We had a perfect view of the bay and the fireworks display off the bay. Even though my family got the stomach bug the beginning of the week, we still managed to have a good time. The Portofino Resort is very accommodating and is quick to answer any questions. The beach trolley stopped right out front the resort. The pools were very inviting. The are daily kid friendly activities on the resort, like mini golf which my son loved, swimming with mermaids, adventure island. The condo however had a bad moldy smell coming from one of the air vents. But it was furnished with plush towels, nice bedding, and a full kitchen. … see more

Snowbirds in Pensacola Beach

This was our first year traveling as snowbirds, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Outside of the weather (that no one can predict or control) we had a great time. Bill was so nice and a real pleasure to work with; even when we locked ourselves out of the unit. Whatever we needed, all we had to do was ask. The condo was nice, had all the essentials, a nice view off the deck and the beach was just a short walk thru the complex.
