“Clean, close to the beach, convenient, and perfect for our family vacation!” The condo is a few short steps away from the beach. “Sunshine, beaches, What's not to love?” My husband and I stayed at this pleasant 2 bedroom condo with 2 grown children and one son-in-law. The two bedrooms and two baths worked fine for our group. Our married daughter and hubby had to share a bedroom with her brother. The furnishings in the condo were comfortable and clean without being too new to cause worry about a little sand. There were all sorts of beach toys and towels available. The kitchen had a full range of dishes and I cooked fresh fish from the local grocery store several nights. It was convenient to walk to the lovely uncrowded beach with no high-rises in sight. we kayaked with the condo's kayaks in the lagoon and saw a large range of birds, including an osprey feeding on a fish. We had gorgeous weather and collected quite a few shells. Would definitely return.

“Great location for a great vacation” This penthouse was perfect for our family of four (me and my husband and our kids, ages 18 and 23.) The condo was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location on the island. The owner was great to work with; she kept in communication with us throughout the booking process and during our stay, she answered all of our questions very quickly -- she was never more than a text away. “Breathtaking views from a spacious and luxurious home!” Everything was fabulous about this beach-front vacation home. The condo itself was very well-appointed and comfortable. It seemed as if all of the furnitue, bedding and kitchen sundries were all new, and the unit was very clean upon arrival. The screened in balcony provided us with awesome views of the gulf and we could even see our children playing on the beach below. Having a large pool on the property was also very nice. The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. Our children participated in a variety of activities provided by the clubhouse for a nominal fee. They brought home terrific crafts made from seashells that they will cherish. This home is close to restaurants and shopping, but that is all secondary to the picture perfect views and the sound of the gulf water -the whole reason we came to vacation in Sanibel inthe first place. We'll definitely come back and stay in this same home again.

“Quiet, private, homey feel” The condo was very clean and spacious. The owner provided chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach towels, cooler, everything you needed to have a great stay. We enjoyed playing the provided games in the room at night. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the area was. The pool is large and easy to find a place in the sun or shade depending on your preference. The beach is a longer walk than we had anticipated but it is mostly shaded, but the quietness and private beach access made up for the distance. If you love Sanibel you won't be disappointed in this unit. We commented numerous times that the area seemed more relaxing than other beach vacations we have taken.
