“Loved it!!” I absolutely loved the condo!! The view was amazing! The only thing that sucked was not actually being able to enjoy the balcony due to the pigeons. Everything is close by.... and they pretty much provide everything you need in the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone.

“A Serene Getaway at Sandy Shores” We’ve stayed at several rentals in Galveston over the years, and this one was by far the best. So charming, clean, and well kept. We loved the backyard with its ancient oak tree and the wonderful kitchen. Kids loved the nautical-themed bunk bed. We could easily walk to the beach and The Spot. Overall a fabulous place to stay—we can’t wait to go back!

“Retired” Our visit to Galveston was enjoyable but what made the vacation even more enjoyable was the fantastic beach house which was really only one half block from the beach. The house had everything that was needed to make yourself feel at home. All amenities were on hand and if you needed anything, the owner, Brenda, was available for every request. She went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Brenda.

“Awesome Location, Awesome Owner” We had a great time at Coronado Plams, the owner was amazing and so helpful. Super pet friendly and a nicely secluded back yard. A short walk from the beach and libations. I would totally recommend this property.

“Perfect” Every detail, this house literally has it all. Towells to toiletries to kitchen-ware. Really just a perfect stay. I could spend months in this house and be fully satisfied. Totally my families new destination spot.It's like spending vacation at grandmas house. Perfect location and one of the best prices on the sea wall... Especially given it is literally one block from the pleasure peir and Fish Tales

“Wonderful” Denise was absolutely fantastic, easily accessible and accommodating. The condo was more than I expected, located directly across from the beach and near the main attractions and restaurants. I would most definitely vacation here again and highly recommend the condo to other vacationers.

“Loved it!” We had a grand time at the charming and well maintained home on the beach. The location was ideal and only a short stroll to the almost private beach. Picture prefect! Janzen (age 8) created my dream sand castle on the first day and added to it everyday. He said, "It was a dream!!!" Everyday a large group of Pterodactyls (Pelicans) did a flight over the house and we had the prefect view from the comfortable pouch. The porch was wonderfully relaxing. Loved it! Thanks - Gary

“Our third stay is booked!” We have stayed at Kathy's Kottage twice before and have just booked our third stay for next summer. We love Pointe West and this house has just been a perfect place for our family. This year we actually brought a couple of extra kids with us. Each time we come we venture out a little more and find new things to do and restaurants to visit. This year we found Olympia Grill on the bay at Pier 21. It was great. We also spent a little more time downtown. They had live music and many neat shops that the kids enjoyed going into. We had seen reports of seaweed in Galveston on the television, but by the time we arrived in late July the only seaweed we saw lingered in piles along the beachfront. If you are a repeat tenant make sure to ask for a small discount. We saved enough to pay for that meal at Olympia :).

“The Watermelon House” My family and I feel in love with the watermelon house! The house was in a great location! The house was clean, will -kept, and the AC system worked well! The house provided everything we needed and more which I was impressed with! The owner was always available and the check-in and out instructions were easy! Beautiful house! My family and I will definitely be back to the watermelon house in the future!

“Well kept, great pools and location, owner responsive” The condos look a little dusty from the parking area, but walking into the unit it was immediately apparent that the owner cares about his property and takes great care of it. It is really nice - updated, immaculate, and has all kinds of extras - filters for the coffee pot, oil to cook with, and sugar/Sweet and Low, a spice rack etc. All the interior details go together and you really feel at home. The bed linens are nice quality and soft. I couldn't figure out the wifi and BluRay and had to call the owner, he responded immediately and was very patient and helpful and got me set up. I would definitely rent from him again. The pools here are great!! The Waterfall one that the unit looks down on has a deep end of 5+ft, the other one has shallow incline for little kids and a great Rain Mushroom thing in the pool that the kids loved. Also, there is a security guard at night that watches who comes in the gates. He clears out the pools at 10p nightly so there are no raucous pool parties. Awesome experience, thanks for sharing, Mr. Juneau - And PS - the door lock is digital and it was GREAT not having to keep up with a key/card in the ocean. There's also a locking safe -

“Finally able to relax.” Friendly helpful service. Very Clean, comfortable and fully functional. Felt secure. Close to elevators, close to pool but still for enough away for a little privacy.No traffic noise. High enough for great view of the gulf through the palms, but close enough to the ground for a beach experience instead of nose bleed. Some may say the kitchen might need an update but the pictures are accurate. We were fine with it.

“Well maintained property and convenient location!!!” This property is pretty good for a nice getaway to Galveston; it is within walking distance to the beach, Pier 21, city park and restaurants. You can have it all without having to walk or drive far. This home is nice and well equipped; basically, you only need to bring your enthusiasm and good vibes to have a great time. Owners were always easy to reach and willing to answer any questions that we might have. I definitely will book this property again!!!

“Beach house perfection!” We had such an amazing stay at pelican perch in June! The house was beautiful, the pictures were completely accurate, the beach was just up the road, we could not have asked for more. Our group of 6 stayed quite comfortably and the kitchen made it so much easier to save money on this trip and have the ability to make meals there, which we did quite frequently. If you get the chance you have to stay at this adorable beach house! We will never stay at a hotel when we are visiting the ocean again.

“Beautiful ocean veiw!!!” This was a last minute weekend getaway for our anniversary. It was our first time visiting Galveston or renting a condo (we usually stay in big chain hotels). But I'm so glad we decided to stay here. The owner was very kind and responded quickly to all our questions before arriving, and even stated we could call him if there were any problems once we arrived late at 3:00 am! Since the front office was closed when we arrived, we were able to go straight to our unit, take a nap, and go check in later that morning. A security guard helped us locate our room and issued us a temporary parking pass until we could get a permanent one later. Although we excepted the condo to be a little larger, it looked just as described, with a lovely view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. We were happy to find it clean and fully stocked as well. Perfect for those on a budget who don't want to sacrifice convenience, safety and comfort. Would defintely stay again!
