“Just as good as it could be... No better!!” This our third time staying with John and Nancy. We absolutely love their place and their hospitality. They have the most amazing home with a view that is hard to describe. I will have to take pictures the next time! The room is so warm and cozy. Great breakfast and wonderful company. It is like visiting close friends at the coast. Stimulating conversation and privacy when ya want it. The hot tub sits right outside the room overlooking the ocean. It just doesn't get better than this!! We tell all of our friends and family about this treasure. We don't leave home often. This is one of the few places we go that I am not wanting to get back home right away. We will be back again very soon. Thank you so much John and Nancy. You guys are the best!!!

“Serenity beyond belief!” We fell in love with this place! This was our first trip to the west coast, and now we are planning on coming back as often as we can! I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else! Every night I slept with the windows open so I could fall asleep listening to the waves. Each morning I awoke with excitement to head down to the beach for a stroll. My mother, sister and I would plan each day so that we were back from our site-seeing in time to sit in the hot tub and watch the sunset. Seriously, does it get any better than that? I want to give my daughter the opportunity to have this same experience, so I have already booked our mother/daughter getaway for later this year.

“Our stay was a great experience!” The Bayside Bungalow in Lincoln City is a beautiful, clean and fully-equipped home. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub, roasting marshmallows and exploring on a very quiet beach. We enjoyed seeing sea lions on our beach, kite-flying and watching wind surfers right from the house! Lincoln City was a great locatin for us as we had siteseeing planned both north and south of the house. The home is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will be back someday to the beautiful Oregon coastline and will definately look at staying again at the Bayside Bungalow.

“Spectacular views - Beautiful house” Gold Beach had lots of fun activities for the whole family. House had amazing views we were able to see whales from living room. Game room and hot tub were a very nice addition for lots of fun and relaxation. We would love to stay again. The owner's were very pleasant and accommodating. “Exceeded expectations. Lovely place. Great views.” Description of house very accurate, but doesn't really do justice to large decks with ocean views which were spectacular. Having great weather helped of course. We were five adults (two couples and myself) and very comfortable arrangements. I slept in full-size bed, Which was partitioned from main bedroom by a curtain in upstairs bedroom for privacy. It worked well. Furnishings were tasteful, place was immaculate with very comfortable seating. I'd love to go back.

“Gorgeous views, Family friendly, Pet friendly beach house” This was a wonderful place to spend the Christmas holiday at with extended family. Our tweens really enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Watching the tides come in and out and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets was lovely.

“The experience matches the name; Serenity!” Seaside Serenity is a lovely condo that was exactly what we were looking for. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen furnished with all the necessities and more to make cooking enjoyable. The fireplace provided warmth and beauty with spectacular views out the large windows. We enjoyed the hot tub out on the balcony while watching the sun set over the ocean. Walking the beach with the seagulls flying over us was truly relaxing and easily accessible. We appreciated the comfortable beds and noted that everything was extremely clean. The local shops and restaurants were delightful. We would take day trips up and down the coast and enjoyed the Oregon aquarium in Newport. The location is perfect and we had all our needs met by the helpful staff. We highly recommend Seaside Serenity and are looking forward to coming again soon!

“Well appointed house in nice development” We recently stayed here for a corporate team-building event (fishing trip). The kitchen is large and well appointed. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Would highly recommend for reunions or events like ours. We lacked nothing.

“VIEW, VIEW, VIEW - Absolutely stunning! It made us speechless, which hardly ever happens!” The first thing that struck us was the amazing wraparound view from almost all the big windows. Cozy cottage with 2 fireplaces! We brought some of our children and grandchildren. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The upstairs was a nice surprise with view of ocean and a fireplace! It worked perfectly for our son, his wife and 2 daughters. We took the downstairs bedroom (also with a view), with one son in the other bedroom. We had the best time playing in the sand and surf, exploring tide pools, walking on the beach, flying kites, and visiting the acquarium in nearby Newport. There are plenty of restaurants close by, but we did a lot of cooking and loved having a bar-b-q and space to cook our own meals. It was one of our best trips EVER!

“Cozy and full of amenities.” Our family lived this little cabin. It is an older home with a bit of a throw back feeling. The kids loved the setup of the rooms and the toys and games. Also, the tree house and swings are awesome. I appreciate that you have it locked up, as my little people are too small to enjoy it unsupervised. We loved that you have wet suits and boards for us to borrow! The smallest one fit our large 3 year old. By the end of our second day he was enjoying some waves with assistance. We did our best to rinse the gear per instructions. We really, really appreciated it all. Plenty of dishes, movies, and linens. The beds were cozy. We plan on returning!

“Perfect secluded location with a wonderful view” If you want to get away from the fray - this is your spot. This house has spectacular views and comfortable beds. Being familiar with the area, our group didn't explore much - everything we needed was at the house including close access to an easy walking beach. Even better, the owner/management promptly answered all of my questions. I hate to gush too much or the house won't be available for me next time. The only (very minor) drawback was no fireplace.

“A refreshing and liberating experience!” Thank you Shane for opening your home to us! It was truly a refreshing and liberating experience for our entire family. Each of us was enthralled with the wondrous setting that "Below the Falls Lodge" calls its homestead. The gentle whooshing of the creek, the calls of the birds, and the sweet swaying of the trees rocked us into a natural harmony filled with happiness and contentment. You've created such a beautiful and imaginative home! It is so in tune with the gorgeous surroundings that it feels like the house itself is alive and growing out of the mountain. What an awesome achievement! You've thought of every detail to make a home that seems to anticipate its inhabitants' needs.
