Loved your home!!!! Stocked with everything a guest could possibly need! Loved the decks! Played games that were there on the deck. What a wonderful time we had. The location is perfect if you're wanting something right down town near all the shops. I liked that the price wasn't outrageous and my husband and I were able to take our 2 year old son with us. The view out the window is beautiful and you can walk down to a small river. Even though the cabin is surrounded by other properties, it felt very private. The only downside was that we had a hard time cooling it off the first evening since we visited in July. The high temp that day was about 85. If it would have been fall or winter I probably would've rated this a 5. … see more

Went to ruidoso for a baseball tournament and stayed at papa bears cabin, I must say this is the best cabin we have ever stayed at! Every amenity you could think of was in this cabin; blankets, pillows, towels, even a humidifier! The rooms were extremely cozy and clean. The cabin is very close to just about everything in town.
