“Best family vacation!” My family and I had a great time at the Whitewater View Penthouse! Diane was a great host! She had snacks and a bottle of wine when we arrived. “Great Choice!” We truly enjoyed our extended stay of 2 months thru Thanksgiving weekend. Barb (owner) is a wonderfull responsible owner who went out of her way with her welcoming touches. She had wine/snacks/fresh flowers waiting for us. She had breakfast items in fridge (orange juice, milk, cheese etc) which was so thoughtful for late check in! Everything was exceptionally clean, well stocked and well organized. The unit is first floor unit which was a plus and very convenient. Appliances and kitchen items are very modern and kitchen/dining area was perfect with a patio area facing front ocean view. The complex was clean, secure and has a pool area with a large BBQ area that was perfect. The unit has secure two car parking underground, which felt very safe. The aegea complex has a sundeck area with an ocean view that was perfect to enjoy the sunset. We took advantage of our perfect location by taking walks to the beach/pier and just people watching. From the condo you can walk to close by stores and restaurants which makes it very convenient. Check out the photos and information for this condo, the pictures actually do not reflect just how nice, clean and comfortable this unit is! We can truly say this condo is a good choice with a family or as a 55+ couple. We would definitely recommend condo to friends and family members!

“Awsome!” The views from this condo are spectacular. It is true that you can hear the ocean from every room! We spent every night sitting on the balcony!. The only thing needed is food. Everything else was provided. Beds were very comfortable. It was a very enjoyable experience and we plan to return next year

“Roomy property close to Oceanside beach” We stayed in this beach house January 2017 for 4 weeks. Things we liked: 1) Proximity to the beach 2) Quick responses from the property manager and the owner 3) Rooftop deck and hot tub 4) Very roomy property with space to spread out 5) Master bedroom gas fireplace 6) Even though this is a townhome, you do not share walls with the other two units. This place is like a little villa. If you are considering this property, note: 1) The trains in Oceanside blare their horns close to this property due to a street/pedestrian crossing; however, a city ordinance was passed recently that should resolve this issue in the coming year. 2) The kids' room with the twin beds has an outdoor access door (Parents, take precautions for your kids' adventurous spirits!) If I could suggest improvements, it would be: 1) change out the carpet, especially in the kids room where there seemed to be mold growing from past rain storms and humidity 2) change the lock to the master bedroom (the owner did say he was going to do that) 3) Vacuum the fireguard in the master suite's fireplace (would have done it myself if the vacuum worked well) Overall, this is a great property and felt for the price and the proximity to the beach, we had the best option available in Oceanside.

“perfect beach condo” We stayed at this unit for Jan-Feb 2017. Tim was a very helpful and accommodating manager, he responded quickly to any issues we had, he also gave us a discount voucher for a local restaurant. This is the second year we have rented with him, he is also a very personable man who likes to share stories with his guests and he has a great sense of humour.
