“Cozy cabin and beautiful area” Cabin is clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet and serene area, yet close to hiking and skiing. cabin was well stocked and decorated tastefully. Owner was responsive and accomodating to our special requests.

“Perfect Place” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This townhouse has all of the comforts of home, an amazing deck, is super clean, and has plenty of space- and an easy walk to town. We will plan to stay here again on a future visit to Lake Placid!

“Great location. Wonderful plce for a family gathering.” Our family of 11 stayed through the New Year's holiday. What a wonderful place. There was plenty of room and the house is so big that there were little nooks to get away from the crowd if someone wanted quiet reading time. The location is perfect, just 1/2 block from the Main Street in Lake Placid. We walked down to the bottom of the hill to go on a dogsled ride and cross country ski on the lake. The home is 5 minutes from the Olympic Center and 15 from Whiteface Mountain. There is so much to do in Lake Placid. We ran out of time before running out of things to do. Grocery stores were conveniently located and on one of the frigid evenings we picked up the most wonderful Italian meals from a take out place just down the street. This location had it all!

“great time,great hosts” We only stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful chalet for our ski trip with my 16 year old son and boyfriend. The cottage was in a great location,was very clean and cozy. We didn't see our hosts Mike and Mini,but through our conversations they were really very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the stay tremendously and will recommend to friends and hopefully will visit again in near future.

“Great vacation at Lake Placid” We had a lovely time at this quietly located apartment just a couple of blocks from shops and restaurants. It was well appointed, clean and had all the comforts of home. I recommend it if you want the Lake Placid experience and a place to relax and unwind.

“Incredible Adirondack Camp experience” Camp Little Pine was a wonderful experience. We regularly visit Lake Placid during each season and was extremely pleased with this house. Incredibly well located, close to groceries, wine store and little restaurants. It's right next to Lake Placid Lodge, the Relais Chateaus hotel, which is perfect for fine dining or casual drinks at the pub. We were a group of 8 and the house was spacious and fitted us all. Michael & his wife have decorated this house beautifully in Adirondack style, making it a wonderful "Great Camp" experience. The amenities were all modern and functioning, the kitchen is wonderful and stocked with tons of condiments making it very easy cook. I highly recommend this beautiful house for a group and would stay there any other time.

About Lake Placid
Lake Placid is best known as the site of the 1980 Winter Olympics, but the outdoor attractions including hiking, golf, and skiing, as well as the natural scenery have kept visitors coming back long after the Games ended. In recent years, the town has also become known as a premier spa destination. While you are here, try some of the delicious local seafood at the restaurants along Shore Drive, or visit Main Street for the quaint boutiques that offer a wonderful shopping experience.

Enjoy the ten-day Saranac Lake winter carnival in December, watch some of the world's best athletes in events including skiing and snowboarding at the World Cup Events in January, or observe elaborate parades and fireworks displays during the Fourth of July celebrations.
