“Our 2017 vacation” This was our first time ever renting a house. Peter was the best. This house had everything we need or wanted. It was super clean and beautiful. The screened porch was perfect to drink coffee in the morning. Didn't have to worry about the bugs or anything. Beach was a short walk around the corner over a bridge. The town was great and hardly no traffic. Safe for younger kids to play in the yard. Can't wait to rent again next year. Thank you!!

“Perfect family cottage in Lemon Bay” Such a great little house and surprisingly bigger than pictures reveal. Perfect for a family with kids. 3rd toilet tucked away in laundry shed for easy access from pool. Great location as well, close to beaches, parks and many restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will rent there again. House was fresh, clean and inviting.

“Englewood/Manasota Key Trip” Beautiful Condo. We did have a few problems which made for a long week. Maintenance staff did something chemically to the pool/hot tub and ruined several swimming suits and daughter broke out in a rash. Staff should notify guests if we should not be in pool or make sure that chemicals are safe for people. Refrigerator/freezer was not keeping things cold which was a constant battle all week. Wonderful location for access to beach, grocery stores and other things.

“Great Location to Beaches- Quiet Getaway” My husband and I have previously lived in Southwest Florida and have been trying to get back for a vacation for a few years now. This house was perfect for our needs. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Our kids ages 12, 10, and 5 had a great time! Our only minor complaint was with the pool. It was pretty chilly since it is solar heated. My kids still got in, but it was too cold for my husband and I. The management team made everything very easy for us. We would like to visit again!

“very comfortable and excellent location” The pictures and description of the condo are very accurate. Last year rented a 1 Bedroom 1 bath condo and this certainly was an upgrade. Enjoyed the restaurants that Jackie had recommended and the nearby beaches that we took advantage of often. Excellent location to visit other areas such as Venice and Sarasota. Would recommend to anyone.
