“Perfect place for our family to gather!” This property was an ideal setting for our family gathering of 4 adult children, their spouses and our 7 young grandchildren. The setting was gorgeous, the house and bedrooms were spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. The play structure and swings was like the cherry on top of hot fudge sundae. If ever we decide to gather in Santa Barbara again, we will most definitely want to stay in this same house.

“Fabulous cottage heart of downtown SB” Love, Love, Love! Perfect place to stay in Santa Barbara! Walking distance to everything downtown, super cute, wonderful decor inside and out. I highly recommend staying at Caza de Coco! Mimi is the best, I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay! Feeling lucky to have found this gem and looking forward to returning next year, and every year after!

“Heart of Santa Barbara” This is our second time renting this charming home. Wendy is so helpful and quickly responded to our phone call. The house is truly in the heart of Santa Barbara... Minutes from the beach, state street and restaurants. We felt at home in this Craftmans Style house with its old wood floors, and vintage windows and doors. We will be back and highly recommend.

“Beautiful Getaway!” 3 couples recently rented "Poolside" to celebrate our 50th Birthdays...and we are so happy we did. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens, private yard, swimming in the pool, and cooking with the fresh herbs, lemons, limes, and oranges we found on the property. We are from Canada, and spent our days exploring and golfing around Santa Barbara - but we enjoyed coming "home" to cook and eat our meals in the quiet and privacy of the home. Wendy was very helpful in providing suggestions for golf, limousine service for wine tours, and any other info we wanted to know about Santa Barbara. We especially appreciated her professionalism from start to finish in the process - following through in a timely manner with e-mails and phone calls, and leaving us feeling that all is being taken care of. The home was perfect for 3 couples who wanted to be together, but still have our own "space". Thank you!

“Luxury getaway in comfortable home” We had a wonderful second stay here. It is the only holiday rental we have ever revisited, and will certainly return. It may not be the cheapest option, but still good value bearing in mind the high spec fittings, we'll kept garden and great location. Wendy has always been extremely efficient, and friendly. Santa Barbara itself is a great location, good shops and some great national parks and lakes a short drive away. Although we are just a couple, families would have loads of living space, in the huge living room. This is a true home from home and would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Jason and Ros ( U.K.)

“Lovely peaceful spot” This house has been newly renovated with comfortable furniture and great appliances. The street is peaceful and private. It is a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing...there is even a hot tub to soak in and look at the stars. The only drawback to the location is that it really isn't within walking distance of the town and we had to take the car everywhere. Even if you could walk, the surrounding roads were too busy and had no sidewalks. But if you are looking for a lovely place to enjoy nature and get away from the hubbub, this is it!

About Santa Barbara
Santa Barbara lies along a stretch of the southern California coastline that some visitors call "The American Riviera".
