“Just as good as it could be... No better!!” This our third time staying with John and Nancy. We absolutely love their place and their hospitality. They have the most amazing home with a view that is hard to describe. I will have to take pictures the next time! The room is so warm and cozy. Great breakfast and wonderful company. It is like visiting close friends at the coast. Stimulating conversation and privacy when ya want it. The hot tub sits right outside the room overlooking the ocean. It just doesn't get better than this!! We tell all of our friends and family about this treasure. We don't leave home often. This is one of the few places we go that I am not wanting to get back home right away. We will be back again very soon. Thank you so much John and Nancy. You guys are the best!!!

“A Place in the Woods to Dream and Live Your Dream” My mouth dropped when I stepped into artYcottage and was surrounded by so much beauty, creativity and originality. It was endless. Everywhere I looked there were remarkable details that were executed with perfection. Rich colors and varied textures everywhere. Everything handmade from the quilts to the furniture to the faucets and tiling and even the soap! One day it was 80 degrees and I enjoyed reading on a chaise on the deck. Then the very next day it was snowing and I was lucky to be there to enjoy the beauty of nature's softness covering the branches of trees. I stayed in that day by the fire my wonderful host, Tom, built. Tom and his stunning and bubbly wife, Margaret, made me feel at home with their warmth and sensitivity. From now on I will definitely be staying here on my twice yearly trips to ashland!

“Serenity beyond belief!” We fell in love with this place! This was our first trip to the west coast, and now we are planning on coming back as often as we can! I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else! Every night I slept with the windows open so I could fall asleep listening to the waves. Each morning I awoke with excitement to head down to the beach for a stroll. My mother, sister and I would plan each day so that we were back from our site-seeing in time to sit in the hot tub and watch the sunset. Seriously, does it get any better than that? I want to give my daughter the opportunity to have this same experience, so I have already booked our mother/daughter getaway for later this year.

“Our stay was a great experience!” The Bayside Bungalow in Lincoln City is a beautiful, clean and fully-equipped home. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub, roasting marshmallows and exploring on a very quiet beach. We enjoyed seeing sea lions on our beach, kite-flying and watching wind surfers right from the house! Lincoln City was a great locatin for us as we had siteseeing planned both north and south of the house. The home is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will be back someday to the beautiful Oregon coastline and will definately look at staying again at the Bayside Bungalow.

“Relaxing winter (or summer) getaway in beautiful surrounding” Our family has vacationed several times at Bummy's Place. For the last 3 years, during our kid's mid-winter break, we've rented the place and absolutely love it! It's exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and a winter sports fanatic's dream. Snowshoe right out the front door and explore miles of trails. Alpine and Nordic skiing are minutes away. After a day outside there's nothing like relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace. Everything about the house is easy and convenient for guests, including the wi-fi. The kids look forward to the trip every year and we definitely plan on returning for years to come.

“Exceeded expectations. Lovely place. Great views.” Description of house very accurate, but doesn't really do justice to large decks with ocean views which were spectacular. Having great weather helped of course. We were five adults (two couples and myself) and very comfortable arrangements. I slept in full-size bed, Which was partitioned from main bedroom by a curtain in upstairs bedroom for privacy. It worked well. Furnishings were tasteful, place was immaculate with very comfortable seating. I'd love to go back.

“Gorgeous views, Family friendly, Pet friendly beach house” This was a wonderful place to spend the Christmas holiday at with extended family. Our tweens really enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Watching the tides come in and out and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets was lovely.

“We had the most wonderful Christmas holiday in this lovely home!” Dorota met us at her lovely vacation rental home and made sure that we understood how to use all the electronics and amenities - of which there are many. :) The home is nicely furnished and accessorized with many of Dorota's own beautiful paintings (and Christmas decorations including a beautifully decorated live tree!) and photography and the kitchen is well equipped. The master bed was very comfortable; the bathroom is nice with a great shower head! A welcome treat after skiing - which is a short drive ... 20 min? away. Old Mill District about a 5 minute drive and the neighborhood was nice for walking in the winter wonderland. Friendly people - it feels very comfortable being there. We enjoyed walking our dog there. We liked the comfort and attractiveness of the home and it's easy location for shopping and/or skiing. We would definitely return and it would feel like home.

“Perfect!” We just returned from our annual trip to ashland, mainly for OSF. After previously staying in B&B;'s we chose to find a rental house for this week. I did a bunch of research and what struck us about the Terra Cottage Inn was the outdoor kitchen. Since my wife I like to cook, we though this would be the place. I will say this is one place where the pictures do not do the property justice. First, the outdoor kitchen: it is the best! The grill, the stove, the sink, the refrigerator, the incredible clay pottery that one of the proprietors (Elizabeth) and the table and benches that the other proprietor (Mark) made make it a perfect spot. We took advantage of this spot to have several dinners and with the lounge chairs, it is perfect for morning coffee.It should be noted that the Terra Cottage Inn is part of a beautiful property that includes one other rental house and the owners house. Besides the outdoor kitchen, there is a Koi pond, a garden (from which you can pick anything from), a hammock, and outdoor shower (if you want to use it) and Elizabeth's Pottery Studio and Mark's art Studios. The have decorated the whole property with great lights and artistic touches everywhere. Terra Cottage Inn is in it's own building up a flight stairs(nothing but storage down below). It is not large, but perfect for a vacation rental. During our visit the temps in ashland were above 100 degrees, but the air conditioning kept is nice and cool. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room furniture is very comfortable.The linens in the bedroom are great and the queen bed is comfortable. They also provide great bathrobes! There is a second bedroom with two twin beds (which we didn't need to use). Bathroom has good water pressure and they provided almost everything you could need (shampoo, soap. lotion etc...). The inside space is not huge, but very comfortable, when you add in all the magical outdoor areas this is an a+ space and we will be back every year.
